The technician brilliant, absolutely brilliant. They come into your house like it's their house, so I don't have anything but praise for them. The office, on the other hand, has a lot of work to do. I canceled the contract like a year ago just because they couldn't get it together with billing and things like that. I had them on a regular schedule every two months. I don't think it's a fair review if I don't include the office, I don't want to trouble the technicians but I have to give them an F. The price was okay.

I am less likely to use them again.

They weren't able to do what they're supposed to do so I fired them. For seven months, the just put the door hangers on the door. They didn't even do anything.

I have been using them for years now and they always do a great job. Once I find someone good I keep them which I plan to do with Orkin! I would recommend them.

It was pretty good service.

My experience with them has been ok. I travel a lot for business so they come and do the outside services but it is kind of rare that they can do the inside. They are no outstanding but not bad; they are right in the middle of the pack. For the quality, so far, so good.

They are pretty good. Once we started using them we have not seen anymore roaches. The only thing that I had a problem with was that the office sometimes gets the scheduling confused. They once switched my regular days that they normally come out to a different day without telling me.
