Over the years I have worked with many contractors for rehabbing my rental properties, and I have found that good ones are few, partly because I am very picky. But ObraFactor is exceptional. From the get-go, they were punctual, willing to accept a job on short notice, their skill level was impressive, the quality of work was beyond satisfactory, and the best of all was the time that they took to complete the job. They delivered a job done in one day for a week’s worth of work by “good” contractors. Yet their workmanship was better than the best that I am familiar with. The ObraFactor is amazing. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

The owner worked closely with us. The on-site project manager was very professional and paid close attention to the quality of the work. The team was fast, cleaned up every day, amazing workmanship. I have nothing but good things to say about the company and the tradesmen that did the work in my home. This was the second project they completed for me. This project included new bedrooms and closet doors; new closet interiors; new baseboards, crown molding, and window molding; and painting 3 bedrooms, 4 closets, and a hallway. As always, the tradesmen were professional, the project was completed on time and on budget. At the end of each day, the men tidy up the workspace and left things in an appropriate manner. I have no intentions of working with any other company on my home projects in the future.

ObraFactor was efficient and professional. We had a problem with our old slate shingle roof. Some shingles were falling off and it was time to replace the whole roof instead of just fixing it again. They came when they said they would. They arrived early and finished removing the old roof and installing the new roof all in one day.

Super professional, very efficient, the crew worked hard during heat emergency days when I would not have expected them to. They replaced an old, broken deck with a concrete patio and wood/composite steps. When they pulled the deck down, they found rotting support beam under the house and worked with us to get that replaced. Very happy with the final, beautiful and safer product.

I cannot praise ObraFactor enough for the outstanding work they did remodeling our kitchen and installing outside ceiling fans. The work was done flawlessly and efficiently, and we were treated with the utmost professionalism from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company for any work you need done in your home, big or small.
