The purchase was an upgrade from an earlier Big Deal. I was very appreciative of the fact that they were willing to make the change with the Big Deals.. The process of scheduling and coming out to make the estimates has been excellent, timely and very easy.

I was very impressed with this company - despite this being a very busy time for them, Pat contacted me shortly after I purchased the Angie's List deal. He arrived promptly, gave me an honest assessment of the situation (I had a tree that was growing into my garage). He told me they were experiencing a high number of customer inquiries, and it might be a few days before I got the formal estimate. Since my issues were not of an urgent nature, that was fine by me. One week later, I received the estimate - by the time I signed it and returned it to Pat, the work had been done. Great experience - also Pat is clearly an arborist that cares about doing the long term right thing versus a short term fix that is more damaging to the tree. Highly recommend.

Great service. I had a tree removed and a stump ground out. When the grinder failed to work, the crew CHOPPED it out by hand and honored the price they gave me for grinding, even though the job took much longer than expected. To me, that is great service. Pat, the owner was very knowledgeable about the tree and all the surrounding plants. I would definitely use them again!

Pat Patterson was my main contact. He was receptive to my calls and emails. He called and told me his workers would be there at 10 am and he would arrive at 10:30 am and all was as he stated. They were professional and courteous. When I asked them to cut on last limb that was over my gutter the workers did it with no problem. I am satisfied with the look of the tree.

They were greatyt. Contacted me immediately, discussed options, gave advice on future maintenance.

The final results were great. We purchased the Big Deal to save some money and are completely satisfied with the result.

Workers arrived promptly & were here for a good part of the day. Mr. Patterson (owner of Nova Arborist) checked the work at the end of the day. Did a great job cleaning up.

Pat came out and see the trees and provided an estimate. He did this while I wasn't home. After agreeing on the work, Pat and he team arrived on schedule. The team knows what they are doing and did a great job at it. No issues at all. Will work with them again in the future.

I had them go up a very tall tree in a ravine because my house sits on a steep ravine. The picture windows look out at a tall tree-level. They ran a pulley system from the tree to my deck so I can fill the birdfeeder and see the birds right out my beautiful window.

I had a large tree in my back yard that uprooted and fell during a recent storm, narrowly missing my house. This prompted me to finally call a professional not only to remove the tree but also look at my overgrown trees. I have to say I was very impressed with the work that Pat Patterson and his crew did. My trees were out of control and I considered even removing a few, which would have cost a fortune. Instead following Mr Patterson's advice, the trees were nicely pruned and now look beautiful and make all the difference in our garden. Kudos to Nova Arborist for the genuine care and objective advice they bring to the job!

He was great for us because since we heat with wood, we just wanted the trees felled - we would cut them up and clean up the brush. The other service from which we got an estimate did not listen to our requirements. Patterson is a nice guy - he came with one helper and completed the take down in one day despite a cold rain. We would call him again if we had need.

They were very good. They came quickly and did a free consultation inside the district of Columbia.

We have lived in Great Falls for almost 30 years on five wooded acres, largely huge oaks, poplar and dogwood, and have had occasion to use tree removal companies often. Pat Patterson gave us a fair estimate, then he and his crew showed up as scheduled on time. They attacked the fire blight first, making thoughtful cuts and disinfecting their tools between those cuts to contain the disease, and then moved on to the monster oak -- which hung over a landscaped garden of azaleas, hosta, and hydrangea. Somehow -- remarkably -- over the course of three days they managed to cut and remove it without damaging any landscape plantings. They did the same good job trimming back the overhang. Pat said that they try to treat every tree like it was their own and I believe it. It was an excellent experience and we have nothing but praise for Nova Arborist.

They gave me good price. They did a good job but not perfect. The workers were very nice. I would use them in the future.
