Lincoln and his team were great! They came by quickly to give us a quote and despite our slow bureaucratic procedures was able to set up and install the equipment. He then walked us through it and even helped us troubleshoot an issue we were having. Now our residents feel safe and secure with security cameras covering both entryways into the building. Lincoln was a consummate professional in terms of both his skills and customer service. A few minutes after I submitted a request in Angi, he called. We quickly set up a time for an estimate the next day. He was very thorough in explaining what needs to be done and how it will be done. He is attentive when listening to my needs and answered every question patiently. He submitted an estimate in the promised time frame and modified it according to my requests. On the day of the install, the crew was very polite and professional. Lincoln took the lead in the project while his crew did various aspects of the install. They took off their shoes when working inside the house and vacuumed up everything when done. At the end of the long day, Lincoln sat down with me to test the ethernet network and access point they installed to make sure everything worked. He also helped me set up an account for the Ubiquity network and made sure everything worked. I can't ask for a more professional technician and businessman. I'll definitely hire him again when I need a home network or security installation need. Such a pleasant company to work with.

Mr. James of Modern Security Technology, was very professional. He called and provided instructions on what I needed to do, so he could provide me with an estimate to repair my laptop. Once I provided the information my laptop was repaired and returned in the time Mr. James had promised. I will call Modern Security Technology for all my future computers repair services.

We discussed an estimated price before he came to my house on a Sunday evening. Who knew because I thought I would have to wait until Monday to get service for my computer. Amazing business. Contacted me almost immediately, were helpful and communicative, explaining to me what they would do and answered all the questions I had. My computer is working better than ever, and I was very pleased with the the fee being affordable as well as them working with me to pick up my laptop and return it in amazing time. What a great company! Lincoln is knowledgeable and honest and does great work! He will not leave until the job is done right. He has done two jobs for me on Capitol Hill (so far) including installing a new security camera system on 2 buildings and securing the doors to the building with new locking systems.
