It was great. We worked primarily with Marc Dosik. He got the house listed on all the online sites and the photographer they sent took great photos. The house was listed in December and sold in May, but we had a challenging neighborhood. Mark worked quickly and creatively with us on strategies and pricing. He kept me from making a mistake on an investment property purchase by bringing an issue to my attention which would reduce the number of potential buyers for the property when I wanted to sell it and then found me another property to purchase without the potentially fatal flaw in the property that I initially selected.
