 + 0 moreThey said they needed to shift the day. On the day of the move in, they did not send anyone. I asked for my money back. They said they would give me my money back, and they said they said that they really wanted to complete the work for another day. I didn't need cleaning right away. We had to scramble to find cleaning. When I called them back, they had no availability.

 + 0 moreI contacted this company as a result of a groupon deal that I saw. They honored the groupon price of $149, without me going through groupon. This was convenient, so I thought. After requesting to reschedule my cleaning to a time that was convenient to my husband and I, the owner failed to contact me as she promised to do over several days. Because I didn't hear from her after three attempts to reschedule, I requested to cancel the appointment and get a refund. Although she promised to refund my money, I have not received it and she no longer responds to email. My initial contact with this company was mid February and here it is mid May. I highly recommend that anyone looking to get a great deal to reconsider before tossing money away on this company.
