My techs name was Uros. He was amazing. He arrived on time; actually 8 minutes early. Very patient man, answered all of my questions as this was my 1st time getting this type of service. He is a very thorough worker and more than willing to explain what he is doing. I was very comfortable with him in my home. He also took his shoes of without me asking.
