 + -1 moreWent horribly. The selling agent, Denise Champion conspired with the builder to falsely. Represent a home I purchased. Ms. Champion advertised a home a having a bedroom in its basement when in fact the builder had legally changed the room to a "library." So, what Ms. Champion called an Inlaw suite for my elderly parents turned out to be a nice kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and library. This is significant in that since the area was a basement I, later, had to go to the expense of installing an egress windows and water remediation because champion and the builder failed to mention water in the basement every time it rained. Sadly it appears my Long and Foster realtor was complicit as she failed to. Do her due diligence and ensure the room advertised as indeed a bedroom. With so many reputable real estate brokers. In the DC area, do yourself a favor and stay away from Long and Foster.
Description of Work: The provider was the selling and purchasing broker in a home I purchased in Washington, D.C.
