Lofft Construction Inc

Description of Work: I spoke with a representative last week who called me back to make an appointment for an estimate. My husband and I are embarking on major renovations to our 1941 Colonial and need to hire a company that can handle a lot of different types of work. Lofft seemed to be one of the few that can do many things. The appointment was for today, September 4, 2007, between 1:00 and 3:00. but no one came until 4:00. It was disappointing,especially since he didn't apologize for being late.

Description of Work: No work was performed. I contact Lofft Construction on a Friday, and spoke with Alex. We tentatively set up a meeting on the following Monday, in the evening. He told me he'd call me on Monday morning, to solidify a time, he never did. I called him two days later, where he said that he realized that he forgot to call and was going to call me that day. However, we set up a time the next Monday between 5:30 and 6. You guessed it, he never showed and still hasn't called. There is no way I'm going to go into business with a company that can't even show up to get my business. I'd hate to see how unreliable they are when they actually have it!

Description of Work: Install tiles in bathroom.
