Work was performed Perfectly & quickly.

Work was done very quickly and keys worked fine.

The technician was punctual and professional, however; in order to get more money for the process he gave me more keys than needed and charged accordingly.

Great service. Showed up on time (actually a bit early). Worked quickly, cleaned up completely. Good pricing too.

Installation was seamless but Mr. Shay K (owner) was not forthright with his pricing. He FAILED to provide an itemized list of the pricing prior to payment, stating "I only do things on my iPad". He also failed to disclose labor costs, nor did he provide options to make the service more cost effective. Mr. Shay K (owner) simply emailed me the invoice once I had paid, and he departed. Once I reviewed the invoice it revealed the costly amount of money I paid for parts, labor and installation, the "service fee" could have been waived. Mr. Shay K (owner) should have provided me with a price list prior to any work being done. If that had been done, I would have made a VERY different decision. I feel SO violated!!

They are excellent. They didn't think the automatic opener would work because of the odd shape of my garage. They sent out an engineer to figure out a way to do it. I have had the opener now for years, and it works perfectly. They are very good about calling you to let you know when they are coming. Their prices are a little high, but I think quality of the product is worth it.

The locksmith was professional, courteous and punctual. He had a mini iPad where he was able to show me all listed service prices. I would definitely hire again.

Keyed In took my call and stated that they would be at my house in about an hour. I then got a call back that they would be there in 20 minutes. How about that?!?! I locked myself out and fortunate for me, they were within 20 minutes of my place to get me back inside. Great friendly service, quick response, and they got the service done in no time. I would use Keyed In again and recommend them to anyone.

Although I was not on site when the repair occurred I was kept in the know while the Keyed In technician was working.

He was very professional and efficient when it came to actually installing the lock, but I wish I had investigated further, because the prices were outrageous.

They were very prompt when they came out. They were very professional and gave me suggestion so it would not happen again. The cost was a little high; however, they did give me an Angie's List discount which I appreciated.

Replaced the case perfectly and all the lock, unlock, etc. buttons still worked perfectly. All done in his van at my house. Easy!

The ad listed was misleading. I called prior to the locksmith coming and the individual that set up the appointment said that I should not have to pay too much extra to change the lock. Little did I know this was not true.

The price reflects the higher cost of the replacement handle. The labor was quite reasonable.

They gave several option and prices depending how much I wanted to get done. They were not "selling" me products or services, just responsive to my various questions. Very happy with the work, I would hire again.

The service was good, the work was performed quickly and efficiently. There was some confusion over scheduling, although the delay was only about two hours, so it didn't end up being a huge issue. Also, the service provider hadn't been informed about the coupon we purchased through Angie's List, so that took a little additional effort to work through.

Roy was early and very professional. He price matched another quote we received from another top-rated Angie's List company. The installation took about 45 minutes and he cleaned up the floor and door before leaving. We would absolutely recommend working with Roy and KeyedIn again.

I called KeyedIn in the morning and got a same-day 2-hour time window for the locksmith work. Service arrived promptly at the start of the window period. He was one of the business owners and both skilled and informed. By my request also helped me understand the advantages of electronic door locks for my own home and provided quotes. The total cost of the work done was higher than I expected - I did not ask for a specific quote over the phone - but the service was excellent.

Estimate was $215 for rekeying deadbolt and knob locks on front door. He wanted to sell me a commercial lock instead of rekeying my 6 yrs old Schlage locks. Declined service.
