Description of Work: With Keyed In I told them that the service I required was to install a new lock. I was under the impression that the coupon covered the service. They wanted to charge me $80 along with the coupon. I did not find that to be acceptable.

Description of Work: The garage door mechanic arrived as scheduled and was very courteous and professional. He examined my garage door and said that the service contracted for would only aggravate problems and that I really needed to replace the entire door and electric opener system. He offered to e-mail me an estimate for that work, but I have not received it as of yet.
