They couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. Customer satisfaction was clearly their top priority. It was literally some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I could not recommend them more!

Keith Roofing fixed our roof about 3 years ago. We noticed a recent issue and asked them to come out to see if they could find an issue with the roofing. The staff arrived at the designated time, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and was done in less than 30 minutes! The staff explained the issue and why it may have occurred and how they resolved it and even fixed something on our gutter that he noticed. Amazing service and would definitely recommend this company for any roofing needs!

Keith Roofing is a great company to work with from beginning to end of any roofing project. Our flat roof project began with an initial assessment and estimate that included preliminary photos and a description of the how and why of the work to be done. Hugh is an exceptional communicator and I really appreciated his fair assessments and explanations of his work. He went the extra mile to earn our trust. Next, we were promptly scheduled for a few days later. Once underway, the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Hugh took detailed photos to show the quality of the work and again explain exactly what had been done and why. Afterwards we were left with a high quality repair, a clean work site, and the piece of mind of a job well done. Keith Roofing takes pride in doing things the right way and the results show. They are my go to for all things roofing.

Keith Roofing was excellent. Hugh called us back within an hour of our first call, and came out to check our roof within a week. He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. So in total, we had everything fixed within 10 days of our first call. Hugh also gave us pictures of all the repairs, walking us through what he and his team accomplished. We'll absolutely work with them again for any roof issues we have.

This is such a good company. Totally professional, very honest and reliable. And did a fantastic job at reasonable prices! Years later, we had a different issue with the roof, and he made an adjustment and didn't charge us -- even though it was outside of our warranty period. All around excellent experience.

Hugh inspected our old metal flat roof system and acrylic skylights. He provided us with two options: one for repairs and one for complete replacement. Both estimates were for superior materials and were very reasonably priced. He was upfront that we didn't need to replace the entire roof right now, but if we didn't we'd likely have to do more work in a few years. We elected to replace the skylights and do the complete replacement, which included fixing any damaged decking, installing a new base sheet, adding a layer of insulation, and a thick rubber roof system. Since it was March, they were able to schedule the work right away. They arrived early in the morning, removed the old roof and skylights, and put on the new roof system and skylights. They were done by mid-afternoon. The crew was professional, hard-working, and efficient. Most of all, I was impressed with the high quality of their work. They even cleaned up the bits of the paper from under the old roof that inevitably found their way all over from our yard---and our neighbors. I *highly* recommend Keith Roofing! Addendum. A few months later, a contractor had to install two vents for exhaust fans through the beautiful new roof. I wasn't sure how good a job they did, so I sent some photos to Hugh and asked if we could hire him to fix it. He said the other contractor's work would eventually leak, but his guys would come out and install new rubber around the vents---at no charge. Fabulous customer service.

We had a small leak in our roof and the representative that came over was knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't feel like he was trying to sell us expensive fixes. He suggested a few easy fixes that if they don't work, we would definitely work with this company again.

Phenomenal customer service. Was a little difficult scheduling, but that seems to be because theyre so busy and are in high demand. I highly recommend them. Explained everything succinctly, and took pictures to document the before and after. I had them do work on my roof two years ago, and requested they come back again this year to assess the need for a new roof. Hugh told me I would need some maintenance in about two years, but that I wouldn't need a new roof for another two years. Honest working folks that I would highly recommend.

Keith answered the phone himself, and although he doesn't work with the materials I need, he kindly and helpfully suggested two companies that I could call. Very impressed and wish I could have hired him for the job. Will recommend to friends.

Great initially but when tried to book the work they were completely unresponsive! I called them 3x and emailed.

Keith Roofing is great! Very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to roofing problems. They specialize in old homes in the Capitol Hill/Georgetown area. After renovating our home a couple years back we had new windows installed in the brick frame. Recently we've had mold accumulate above a doorway on top of which there is a green roof and a window. While we thought the problem was from faulty caulking where the green roof sits, the rep from Keith Roofing instantly pointed out that it was quite common for windows in these old houses to leak! He took it upon himself to caulk both the green roof and the window FOR FREE as a favor. We are sure to be using Keith Roofing in the future! If you have an old brick home in DC you have to use Keith Roofing. They know their stuff!

From project beginning to end, Keith and Company demonstrated an exceptionally high level of professionalism. For example, Mr. Keith spent a considerable amount of time taking "before" and "after" photos of the roof. He then used these photos to discuss and patiently explain his estimate, the scope of work required, the materials recommended, and finally, the end result. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process! In accordance with the contract, Keith and Company prepped all areas where indicated on both my front porch and the main flat roof. The workmen then installed new modified Bitumen rubber across the entire flashing of the front porch where it joins the front wall of my home. They also installed new rubber on the vents, on the main roof vent flashings, and around the entire skylight and other areas where needed. Without question, I highly recommend Keith and Company Roofing!

I was so impressed with the customer service and the work done. When I called, they told me there were booked for the next week but then realized they could come before because they would be nearby for another job. He was courteous, punctual, diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. He did a good job of explaining to me clearly and succinctly what the problem was and how to address it. Would most highly recommend.

I called two days ago simply asking if they provide a certain service and how their estimates are done. They didn't even have the professionalism to return my phone call. Even if you can't do a job, at least respond with a simple "yes" or "no".

Outstanding experience. Called and a human answered. Able to make an appointment when I needed and repair person came EXACTLY on time. Assessed the water damage and agreed roof/gutter were a likely issue. He photographed area and explained the problem He provided an immediate fix, when I had expected another crew would need to come the following week. This was greatly appreciated given expected heavy rains.

There was a wind storm in DC that caused some of the shingles on my roof to be damaged and I called and scheduled an appointment with Keith Roofing to assess the damage. Quite a few homes in the area sustained roof or structural damage and I was pleased that Keith Roofing was able to schedule an appointment so quickly. On the day of the appointment, the roofer arrived on time and determined that some of the nails had dislodged and caused some of the shingles to lift away from the roof. He nailed and sealed the lifted shingles and, as a bonus, cleaned out my clogged gutters. I appreciate the professionalism and workmanship and if I need any roof repairs in the future, I'll reach out to Keith Roofing.

Called and discussed the situation on a Tuesday morning and they said they would be back to me shortly to schedule. I didn't hear anything so called back on Thursday afternoon. He said that it seemed like too small of a job to be worth sending out someone to look at. I asked him how he knew that and if he could tell why didn't they simply say that from the beginning? Didn't get a very straightforward answer, in the end he said "Well I guess I can send someone out". At that point, I decided not to (as I don't want to work with a company that doesn't value my business from the beginning) and wished him luck at finding large jobs.

Hugh was on time, very professional, and did a wonderful job. We are very happy customers and will definitely be calling again when our roof or chimney need repairs.

Great. The work was done on budget and on time and every once and awhile we've had a leak or issue, and they come out right away. They are always on time and professional and have made fixes when required. I'm still waiting on them telling me that I need a new roof, and when we do, we are absolutely going to use this company. They've slightly restored my faith in humanity.

Excellent experience all around -- prompt, responsive, professional, and do excellent work! They will tell you what you need and won't try to sell you services you don't.

We found Keith Roofing highly reputable, professional, timely, and a good value. I appreciate that they show up on time, give an honest assessment of the problem, and then do the work as scheduled at the quoted price. On several occasions, the issue was minor and they did not charge us for coming out. Wow! When does that happen, right? We cannot say enough good things about Keith Roofing.

Hugh Keith and son are truly professional. Hugh Keith III did assessment, printed pictures on the spot, provided an exacting estimate and explained process. Hugh Keith Jr. foremaned the effort, taking the time to call, text and email situational updates. Roof was started on Monday. Upon completion of the back effort, Mr. Keith provided pictures and description of what was to follow. Front roof including slates was completed Tuesday with pictures, phone call, text and email. I was worried about them messing up my front yards or patio furniture. Not a sign of any work being done either day. In fact, they hauled away old satilitte dishes and old slate peallings that was all over the porch roof. Outstanding service. Highly recommended, especially for DC homes. Called others roofers, but Keith and Company's responsiveness and initial customer service sold me. I was not disappointed after enlisting their work. 5 year warrantee, but they told me I probably would not have to worry about the roof again and I believe them. Highly recommended.
