Description of Work: I had a complete demo and remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. I also updated my plumbing. My home is almost 100 years old and many of the joists were sistered. New basement stairs were also created. | |Mr. Cherry, the owner, was great! He was almost a partner in my efforts because I was not entirely sure what I wanted the outcome to look like; his creativity was invaluable. Very professional, he was very prompt and addressed my concerns in a very timely manner. I am extremely happy with the results and I have called upon him for other smaller projects since that time. I am a customer for life!

Description of Work: Remodel main floor bathroom

Description of Work: My house was built in 1925. Integrity Home Remodelers performed a complete demo and reconstruction of my kitchen and bathroom, including the fabrication of a cement counter top. The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed in order that the kitchen could be enlarged and a peninsula was installed. That created a really nice, open area. My cement front porch was replaced and pitched away from the house because water had started seeping into the basement (sub-contractor). The sidewalk around the house was also replaced. The many of the joists in the basement were cracked so all of the damaged joists were reinforced. (After the earthquake, I was really glad we did that!) New basement steps were created and installed. All of the first floor windows (original to the house) were replaced with energy efficient ones. Much of the old plumbing was updated. A new electrical panel was installed (sub-contractor). Some waterproofing was also necessary. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things. I love my gourmet kitchen and salon style bath with a jacuzzi.

Description of Work: Integrity Home Remodelers LLC provided the following services: 1. Renovated a first floor laundry room to make it ADA compliant full bathroom with an accessible shower (zero threshold) 2. Moved the main laundry room to our basement. 3. Installed a new stackable laundry area on the first floor 4. Corrected the electrical sub-panel layout in the basement 5. Re-tiled the master bathroom shower (upstairs) and corrected water damage in the garage .

Description of Work: I used Integrity Home Remodeler service for complete demolition and remodeling of the kitchen and bathroom. They are still working on my house at present. This is like a continuation of the second project. Now, they are replacing the rest of the windows on the first floor and replacing closet doors.
