+ -1 moreBadly. We could have easily won a case in small claims court, but decided to avoid more confrontation with this unpleasant person. However, his lack of integrity was startling and I would not want others to utilize his company if they expect an honorable builder.
Description of Work: This group built a home next to our house. Besides the noise and dust, they excavated a huge hole for the basement, digging right up next to our property line. During the excavation, our brick sidewalk settled and pulled away from our house, but the company owner was nasty and refused to pay us for the repairs we had to make.
