Perfect. I am very pleased.
Description of Work: My sewer line needed snaking from all of the silt that falls off the oak/trees around me. They arrived within the time frame specified, and completed the job in under 20 minutes. The plumber and the person that took the order over the phone was very knowledgeable. it was that knowledge that convinced me to try Fry plumbing. It was the plumber that came out will make me use Fry's again.

He went down to our broiler room and I heard him say 'I am not going to stay here' he said the system wasn't the way it is supposed to be. My husband was not home at the time and would be home any minute but he stated he does not get paid to wait. He was screaming and shouting as he was backing out of the alley. He was beside himself with anger. My husband was pulling in the alley as he was pulling out. He pulled up the alley going about 40 mph and just missed me. It was the worst experience that I have ever encountered. I called his office and they said they would tell him to wait until my husband came. But this all happened before I could get off the phone. His son was also with him and he yelled at him and acting this way in front of his young son. He had been recommended as being extremely experienced plumber because we have a very high complex broiler. It was very, very unprofessional to say the least.
Description of Work: The hot water broiler went out, which is a rather complex system. I was told the tech would call before he came but he didn't. He just showed up.

John Oliver the estimator is very knowledgeable, professional and most of all, responsive. He is also very helpful in providing references for other services. I would have hired the company if they were available to do our job during our time frame. I sure will consider them for the future.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. WE WERE ACTUALLY THINKING ABOUT HAVING HIM REPLACE THE WHOLE UNIT, BUT HE SUGGESTED THAT WE ONLY REPLACE THE CONDENSER FAN MOTOR INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE WHOLE THING.
Description of Work: REPLACED THE CONDENSER FAN MOTOR. THE MOTOR AND FAN ASSEMBLY WERE TAKEN INTO THE SHOP BECAUSE THE MOTOR SHAFT WAS RUSTED ONTO THE BLADE. REMOVED THE SHAFT, REASSEMBLED THE UNIT AND RE-INSTALLED THE NEW MOTOR.
