Description of Work: They fixed a leak. They had to replace a whole section of pipes and joints, in order to fix that leak.

+ -1 moreHe suggested to replace a regulator, but said that it might not fix the issue. He was uncertain about what would fix the issue. I later figured out the issue and fixed it myself. They misdiagnosed the problem. Their punctuality was fine.
Description of Work: I called Flood Inc Plumbing & Heating to fix a pipe that was making a noise.

+ -1 moreThe dispatcher was rude. They never showed up on time. I was happy with the work outside but the work they did in my kitchen was slow. I was not very happy.
Description of Work: The replaced some pluming out side and helped remodel my kitchen.

+ 0 moreThey could have been more helpful, admitted their mistake and reimbursed me for the unnecessary replacement of the water heater they did. It was incredibly upsetting.
Description of Work: I had a new water heater installed by someone else. A month later there was water on the floor by the heater. I called Flood and told them the problem. They sent out a young man, who arrived with alcohol on his breath. He told me it was the water heater and replaced the practically new one with their own. The water kept coming and I called and told them the problem. A more experienced plumber came out and determined the water was coming from a pipe and they plugged it up. I called them again and asked for compensation for the replacement they did that was not necessary. I finally just gave up.

When I called them and told them what was going on they said we will be right out like I got special treatment. I think they make every customer feel very personal with them. I can definitely trust them to do a great job.

+ -1 moreThis company is horrible and I cannot believe that they are on Angie's List. They messed up my unit so bad. Over two or three days they told me that I needed all of this stuff done. They have two different companies; one is also out of VA. You can never tell which company you are talking to. They will not tell you anything. They are just bad news. I would rate them a Z if I could. They tried to make a big deal about nothing and charged me all this money.
Description of Work: My air conditioning unit was out so I had Flood fix it for me.

+ -1 moreThey are extremely expensive. I only contacted this company because they were able to come right away. I usually can find someone else but not this time. They did help me out when I could not get anyone else. When they pulled out the wall and left it that way, I was so mad. I had to hire a contractor to come in and fix it for me. Another time, they charged me $700 just to fix a pipe. They are ridiculously expensive.
Description of Work: I had Flood come in and pull apart a wall to get into the pipes and fix a leaking one I had.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS NOT AT ALL GOOD. THEY PROMISED TO RETURN AND NEVER DID. I FELT THIS COMPANY LIED TO ME. MY QUOTE WAS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS DUE. THIS COMPANY CHEATED ME.
