Ecoverde Cleaning Solutions

The women who cleaned the house were fairly good and very friendly. Unfortunately, the management is terrible. They do not return multiple calls and are unresponsive to concerns and complaints. The company seems uninvested in providing a minimal level of customer service.

Three cleaners arrived on-time and performed the service requested. However, there were several issues. First, the cleaners did not request a walkthrough of the apartment, and did not ask any questions. This felt odd to me. Secondly, the cleaning took rather less time than expected, which is good, but they did not invite me to do a walkthrough, but instead started leaving immediately. I did a very fast walkthrough of the apartment, which was generally cleaned well. Unfortunately, the cleaners caused some damage to a bathroom door, probably by forcing it against a rug that can block the door when moved. The door was partially ripped from its hinges. That's not really the problem -- things happen, and the repair was very quick. However, the cleaners did not mention the problem to me at all. Worse, when I discovered the issue, later in the evening, and reported it to Shannon at the cleaning service, she was quite defensive and said it was impossible that her staff could have caused the issue. At this price point, I expect substantially better customer service, and will not use EcoVerde again.
