Description of Work: They have not done anything.I want my money back.They called on the 8th of May.Some one was suppose to come out on the 9th of May to let me know all I needed. No one came nor called to set up another date.

Description of Work: Dry wall repair. The customer service was good; what the company needs to be more explicit about is asking or at least communicating with the customer if they will have 2 people for 2 hours or 1 person for 4 hours. | |I bought a deal.

Description of Work: They completed all the work I requested at the date and time agreed with reasonable additional charge for additional time. They did good neat work and cleaned up after themselves. Work done: spackle, paint, tub caulking, kitchen cabinet repair, hung blinds and smoke detector. Fixed gate and latch.

Description of Work: Jose did a great job with a number of small tasks. He put down baseboard to cover holes behind my kitchen appliances, he sanded down doors so that they actually close and fixed the toilet. When the the toilet wasn't functioning he came back and fixed it again. He can be a little hard to get a hold of (especially through Angie's list messaging system) but once contact was made he as very competent and pleasant to work with,

Description of Work: Repaired 4 recessed lights. Installed a few electrical receptacles. Prepared 4 walls of drywall for paint. Installed a few electrical fixtures.

Description of Work: Installed drywall, taped and prepared walls for paint in a small kitchen. They were on time and quick in their work. Unfortunately, as we later painted the walls, we discovered several areas that were not properly finished (large lumps, etc.)

Description of Work: Drywall repair. Was supposed to fix seams along ceiling. The services are offered for a set period of time--8 hours. Workers took as much time as possible to do as little as possible. Work was messy and incomplete. Definitely a loss. In the future, I will not purchase timed jobs. It's a rip-off.

Description of Work: I replied to an Angie's list offer for six hours of handyman services for $199.00. I had a list of little things that needed to be done. DC Handyman took care of everything, and then some! Projects ranged from carpentry to electric and even loading trash into a dumpster. I am truly grateful for their help.

Description of Work: I had my bathroom floors updated. The work was very good, and overall I am pleased. However, I had to call the owner to remind him that I was on his schedule. I had not heard from him a day before the work was done. Once that was addressed I had no problem other than minor ones.

Description of Work: Repaired a hole in the ceiling. Even though the repair was scheduled and had to be rescheduled because of the snow storm, when it was rescheduled no one showed up and no one called to reschedule. When contacted they did reschedule again in which they did show up to complete the work. The work was done satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Patched walls from a foam installation install. Also caulked cracks caused by house settling.

Description of Work: They patched several holes in my bathroom created after a new dryer vent was run through the room. The repair men were very professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. The only reason for the lower grade is that I had requested to build a bulkhead around the vent as well and it wasn't until I came in to view the completed work that I realized they were not going to do that. Have more up front communication would have helped me set a realistic expectation. The price was significantly cheaper than other quote I got and overall I was satisfied.
