+ -1 moreGreat. Sheryl is very knowledgeable and helpful and was always available to discuss with me. Helped me pick out a EV charger adn weigh the relative pro's and con's. Gave an estimate and got all the necessary permits and inspection without any work on my part. Couldn't have done it without DaiTech and would definitely use them again!

+ -1 moreWe had a more complex EV charger installation than usual, which involved installing the 240V/60A circuit through a trench in our back yard to a post mount at our alley parking space. We also experienced lengthy pandemic supply chain delays waiting for the originally ordered JuiceBox 48 charging unit to arrive - I ended up finding the ChargePoint Home Flex unit independently, and DaiTechCorp removed the JuiceBox from the invoice. DaiTechCorp was responsive throughout and worked well with us and the arborist we hired for the trenching (we were concerned about damage to tree roots). Permits, work and inspection were coordinated appropriately, and everything (that DaiTechCorp could control!) was handled professionally and on time. Cost was substantially higher than a "normal" install due to the length of the circuit and the labor involved, but DaiTechCorp's estimate was in line with others. There were no "surprise" additional costs once work began. Cost shown here was for electrical work, including drywall and concrete pad/metal post. Does not include trenching (separate contractor) or the charging unit itself (direct purchase by me).

As new EV owners, we were un knowledgeable about the charger installation process, what we really needed in a home charging system and what the implications would be for the load on our existing electrical panel. Sheryl and her team were knowledgeable and professional, really putting us at ease. The entire process from start to finish was stress free and we really appreciated the flexibility she showed in accommodating our personal needs. My husband often says I am the pickiest person alive.
