After completing their form online and a series of quick emails, I was at their nicely-appointed office for the 25-minute repair less than 24-hours after first reaching out online. Very professional service. Very satisfied with results. Would recommend and use again.

Perfect from start to finish. Went to their website and filled out the work request, description of damage and our contact information. (We had a one day window for the work to be done because she was headed for school the next day.) Sent the request at 8am and within 5 minutes Trevor contacted me to let me know he could come by that morning. Bonus for us, we are in their service area. He promised to arrive by 9:30 (traffic willing). He arrived within the hour. The screen was replaced in about 30 minutes. Received my receipt and 6 month warranty by e-mail at 9:35. (Phew, because you just know she will break that screen again.) He was professional, prompt, friendly, and courteous. Truly a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend CrackedMacScreen highly enough!

The technician responded to my online request, arrived at my office on schedule and replaced and tested the screen within 40 minutes. The service was convenient and easy. The iPad is like new.

Responded to my online form submission within a few hours (in the evening), and Colin met me the next day at a local starbucks. He had both fixed in under an hour, and checked the new screens during the replacement to make sure they were in working order (one was not working properly (bad part), so he redid it--good thing he checked). Great responsiveness, great service. Would definitely recommend them for repairs.

We called them. They came an hour later, removed the cracked iPad screen and replaced it with a new one. They offer a 50% discount if we crack the new screen.

Searched around and found many drop-off options with so-so reviews, but finally found these guys. Everything was extremely smooth. Good communication, came to my work, replaced the screen in about 45 minutes with a new one while I sat and chatted with him. Will give a discount on future repairs and for referrals. It's brilliant. There are not a lot of people doing this. It's amazing because I think people think that if you drop your iphone or your ipad and the screen shatter that it's dead, it's not. You just need to replace the screen. This guy beats the other repair prices and you don't have to send it away, he comes to see you. I think he's been doing this for a couple of years. This guy deserves to make a huge success. He is really good at what he does, he is super responsive, I was able to meet up with him the next day. He knows what he is doing, he is very confident which is good specially when they are taking apart your treasured ipad or your phone. He is really an expert.
