CCR did a fantastic job in one day, the workers are professionals. They are wonderful and the world needs to know.

No one expects or wants to deal with asbestos removal but after removing old carpet in an old home we unexpectedly found tiles that tested positive for asbestos. Compliance Construction went above and beyond to handle this remediation even when it took much longer than they originally anticipated. James Lang in particular was incredibly responsive to our needs. I hope that I never need asbestos remediation again but if I do I will know who to call.

Once the work was finally scheduled and the technician arrived to complete the project, the work was completed efficiently and professionally. The estimating and pricing was on target. The only problem was in scheduling the job. There was some miscommunication between the estimator and the crew, so the job was delayed a couple of times.

Overall they did a great job removing the old tiles in my basement. They initially missed some of the mastic, but removed it before they left.

Compliance Construction is the right company for an unforseen cost in your budget. I had an abestos problem in the kitchen flooring (tiles). Compliance Construction removed the abestos at a cost that allowed me to stay within my budget for installing new flooring.

James and his team were highly professional, and friendly. He really took the time to explain everything to me, leaving me feeling very informed about our situation, and the process involved in the asbestos removal. I highly recommend their services!
