We spoke with multiple hazmat abatement contractors before being referred to Mr. Lang and everything went much smoother after getting in touch with him. He was at our house within 24 hours following our initial call for an inspection the basement where we needed floor tile asbestos abatement. Mr. Lang was thorough in explaining the work and patient while addressing all of our questions and concerns. He and his team were punctual and respectful throughout the job which was completed in one day. The team went above and beyond by assisting with some basement demolition at our request, and refused to accept more than the original quoted (and already very reasonable) price. Not only that, Mr. Lang stayed in contact with us after the job to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Who knew that hazmat abatement could be such a positive experience? Mr. Lang and his team are the kind of honest and outstanding contractors you hope a trusted friend knows of and can refer you to. We feel truly lucky to have found CCR and recommend them to everyone as we would to our family, friends and colleagues. These guys are true professionals.

Mr. Lang, the owner was exceptionally helpful. My husband became ill, suddenly and Mr. Lang came and got the keys, kept in constant communication and sent me videos of the work (before,during and after). In addition, I received a certificate from a 3rd party inspector certifying the successful completion of the work.

We're in the process of having our roof and attic insulation replaced and it was suggested by one of the prospective contractors that the insulation might be the asbestos-type. I put out some feelers and Mr. Lang from CCR contacted me almost immediately. He offered the best price and turn-around time for the asbestos testing, not to mention the flexibility to accommodate my schedule. I hired CCR to do the test, which, fortunately for us, came back negative. He not only emailed the results, but called me as well, which I did appreciate. Throughout the process, Mr. Lang was polite and accommodating. We would definitely hire CCR again.

I hired Lang Construction Management for the abatement of asbestos time and mastic. This company presented one of the more reasonable estimates, and described the preparation and removal process to my satisfaction. They arrived on schedule, and finished the job on schedule. I was thinking about doubt it myself, and I'm glad I hired a pro for this one.

It was real professional experience

Finally a good and honest contractor! I have with so many different contractors and had many horrible experiences that I was starting to believe that no good contractor exists! When I reached out to Home Advisor it was a Friday afternoon and I needed a contractor to come out the very next day. Mr. Lang responded to the call and made arrangements to come out the next day which was very surprising being that it was soo last minute. From the beginning to the end Mr. Lang was very fast and prompt. He responds quickly and has fast turn arounds for estimates. Mr. Lang also does 203k loans so if you are trying to purchase a property that needs work I highly recommend him. His rates are fair and he hits all the required deadlines to turn in the paperwork to the lender. Buying a home that needs work is a lot of stress and finding a great, responsive contractor is tough as well but Mr. Lang performed above and beyond. I honestly have no complaints and will be using his services for all my house needs and I will be sure to forward his company to all my friends, family, and colleagues!

Mr. Lang is one of those punctual, right-on-top-of-things guys you always want to find but seldom do. He kept us apprised of when things would happen and why and how long it was likely to take. Everything went as he said it would. His workers were similar, timely, hardworking and nice.
