When I got in contact with HomeAdvisor, I got information from three business and I was not going to be in contact with this business but James Lang, Jr. contacted me and gave me a price and he said if the other businesses contact me he would beat their price, however his price was the best and I liked his presentation. And I am glad that I moved forward with his service. They are very knowable, courteous, on time and prompt and kept to their word. They were professional. We were able to to stay in our home the whole time the work was under way since they taped the work area off. They had no problem answering all my questions and I have no problem recommending this company for removing asbestos.

Not only was the price right, but the quality was impeccable with great customer service! They called MINUTES after I put in a request to Homeadvisor/Angi, and they were not just talk: they delivered on when they said they would be able to provide a quote, as well as when they could start the work. When they arrived for the work, I asked a few questions related to the original issue (water damage that forced the removal of the floor, which included tiles w/ asbestos), and ended up finding a bit of mold that they agreed to support removing as well. It was a dream come true that they had the time to answer my questions, gave thorough responses and were able to accommodate unforeseen additional work. Thank you, thank you! I was/am impressed, through and through. Really appreciate it!!
