About us

Compliance Construction Remediation, Inc., (CCR, Inc.) is a full service Abatement, Renovation, Demolition, and Remediation contractor. Compliance Construction Remediation, Inc. previously operated as Lang Construction Management (LCM, Inc.). LCM, Inc. focused on management of construction and environmental projects and safety and health. Ninety percent of our projects were government and commercial projects. While Operating as LCM, Inc. We noticed the need for construction management and compliance services for home owners. We noticed many homeowners tried to take on the task of managing their own projects. Many did not have experience managing contractors which ended up costing the homeowner. We founded CCR, Inc and have targeted the residential market for construction management and environmental abatement and testing we have saved 100s of homeowners from living with a failed project.
