I purchased the 4 hr cleaning deal and scheduled my cleaning. The crew was on time and very thorough in making sure they knew what my priorities were so that they would get my top priority items done and then the lower ones done in whatever time they had left. They made sure that I was satisfied before they left. Would hire on a regular basis, but felt their rates for reoccurring cleanings were a bit too high for me. Would definitely purchase another Angies list deal from them though. Highly recommend!

Everything was done over the computer. No hassle, easy to schedule. Paid a fare price and they did a good job.

It went perfectly. Pat and Katie did an excellent job and were very friendly. I will continue to use Cleanstar and hope to have Pat and Katie again and again. I found nothing undone: the dusting, floors and scrubbing. I have a problem with my kitchen floor and it takes multiple repeated washings to get it somewhat clean . Being over a 36 car garage I believe that is probably how the grime seeps into that room's tile floor. They washed the floor three times trying to get it up to their standards. I appreciated the extra effort and time they gave to this challenge. I have never had other workers from other companies take so much effort when met with a problem. I look forward to seeing them next month.

The first time the Work was not thorough so Alex sent another team and they did better. After we agreed on a weekly rate and day they wanted to move my day and they did not show up on 11/3. After talking to Alex he wanted to then increase the rate after we agreed on a rate based on hours.

Arrived on time but actually started 15-25 minutes later but ended exactly on time - from when they arrived. Good job on floors. Very good job on bathroom (sparkling toilet) and kitchen. Excellent wipe downs. I would hire them again.

I had two staff for two hours. They could have been more thorough and proactive; however, this was not something they would typically do so they appeared a little out of their element. The area I wanted clean is better, but it will still require me to have to go back over it, which is disappointing.

They arrived on time and did a good job. Initially, I was told there will be 2 people for 2 hours but 3 people arrive and they still kept the 2 hours. Tiffany is very friendly.

The cleaners were punctual and did a fair job.

Overall it was fine. It was a crew of two for three hours. There was not enough time, so the house was only partially cleaned. The person who called and coordinated the service said that he would call after the job was done to see if we would be interested in setting up regular service. He did not call. But for a $99 coupon, the service was passible.

I would not recommend them. They sent two people for four hours and they did not do a very good job. They were late in coming, left equipment behind and did not do a thorough job.

They did a great job cleaning thoroughly the areas that needed cleaning.

It took me a little while to get in touch with the company; but once I got a return call they were anxious to come and clean. They arrived on time and ready to work-- the two women who came to my house got in and went to work. I discovered a lot of places they'd cleaned that were unexpected, but I'm sad I wasn't there for the whole time because I would have pointed out some of the stuff I thought was obvious, like places where there was splatter on the walls and places where dust was accumulating.

I bought an Angie's List deal one month ago from these people and NO ONE has contacted me. After posting my 'No Response', I heard from the company. After apologies, we set a date. The ladies arrived on time and did a really good job.

Went very well. Very satisfied with the cleaning. A bit difficult to communicate with the cleaning crew but that is OK.

Great! I needed my house cleaned for a weekend party and I had short notice to the company. They were great. Friendly, professional and quickly able to accommodate my request. The ladies were great - friendly, hardworking and did a great job. I also have 3 dogs so it wasn't the easiest task! I'd definitely use them again.

CleanstarsUSA provided AMAZING service at a great price. Their employees were here on time (and on a Saturday no less!), and left my condo sparkling. I've now set up a monthly cleaning with them. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone else.
