Good job. Cleaners were on time and did a great job. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they were not able to clean as much as they would have liked, but I'm not holding that against them.

The ladies were extremely efficient and thorough. Made my home sparkle!

It was an excellent cleaning job. Pat and Hadee arrived as scheduled and checked to see what needed to be done as well as indicated what cleaning products they use. They had basically what I used for the bathrooms and floors. Their cleaning services were impeccable: cleaned baseboards, ceiling fans, appliances, floors( ceramic, marble, hardwood and bamboo) and sanitized and cleaned bathrooms and kitchen. Very pleased!!

During the two hour period, they cleaned our stove, fridge, and microwave, removed sticky fingerprints from window sills, walls and kitchen tile, professionally cleaned the hardwood floors, and left the bathooms sparkling clean AND smelling fresh! We could not have been more pleased with their services.

The team did a great job. They asked good questions to make sure they were doing things the way I wanted, and the place looks great.

I was very pleased with their work. I plan to use them for a regular service now.

They were very efficient and friendly. They ended up doing more then I expected and the little extras, like the way they folded the towels was a very special extra. I would highly recommend them for any type of cleaning task from very small to large. They were the type of cleaners that could do anything and throw in few little extra touches to go above what I expected.

Two cleaners arrived approximately on time. Neither spoke any English at all. HOW they cleaned was pretty good. What and WHERE they cleaned was less so. I specifically said I wanted the first priority to be the kitchen and the bathrooms, especially the powder room downstairs, then vacuuming and dusting downstairs, then vac and dust upstairs if time permitted. I pointed out in particular where the grandchildren had written "I love you Grandpa" messages on the bathroom mirror, and said DO NOT clean this. They nodded and said "yes." I repeated that the downstairs was most important. Yes. The upstairs was thoroughly cleaned, the mirrors were message-free (oh, no!), and there was hardly any time left for the downstairs at all. The kitchen counters and sink were wiped down, the floor was mopped, and the trash taken out. The powder room was untouched, the vacuuming and dusting was not done. I got every minute I paid for, but I still had to clean the rooms my guests will see myself. The work was done well, but it didn't save me the time or effort that I planned. This firm needs to have at least one person on the cleaning team who understands English!

They did a great job. I initially purchased an offer for a one-time cleaning. I subsequently starting using them monthly. I am coming up on 1 year of service with them and no major complaints. The only very small issue was that I did not like the product they used on my wood floors so I supply my own -- problem solved.

They did a professional job. Showed up on time and completed what was asked for within the allotted time frame.

It was terrific service. I have been disappointed with my cleaning service and was looking for someone new. I found them in CleanStarsUSA. They were punctual, professional, and extremely hard working. I have tried many other cleaning services in this area and have not found anyone this thorough. I intend to use them as my house cleaning service from this point forward. Please give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I asked the ladies to move the furniture and clean the baseboards. They did not. One if the 2 ladies spoke English. The one who did not was on the phone while she cleaned. Instead of dusting with polish and a rag, they used a feather duster.

This was the second time that we used a coupon provided by this vendor. We were very happy with the service the first time around so were looking forward to the same level of care and professionalism that we experienced last time. Unfortunately, the team we got this time was different, and the end result was also very different. During the first cleaning the team that came cleaned all three floors of the house, including our basement apartment, with excellent results, getting to places no other cleaner had before. This time around, we only asked to clean the top two floors of the house, and instead especially focus on dust and debris in hard to reach areas - various mouldings throughout the house, behind radiators, under beds, etc. Sadly, with as much time spent as last time, none of this was done. There was still extensive dust throughout the house in many areas, the floor under the bed in the master bedroom wasn't cleaned and the cleaners even left behind a full sink of dirty dishes (something we have never had happen before). When my wife tried to call to follow up to see why this happened, and potentially schedule the original team to come out next time, she was told that they are too busy to figure out who came out the first time or to deal with her request. We thought we found the cleaning company that we would come back to going forward, but unfortunately we have to keep looking.

Very well. The two ladies showed up on time and got started right away. In two hours of work they were able to clean 3.5 bathrooms, clean the floor on the main level, and wipe clean the kitchen counters and appliances.

Very good, look by for a regular service - will definitely consider this company.
