Cleaning went well and workers addressed all items I wanted to address. I informed them I was hosting an event and they wanted my house to be ready for guest. I appreciated that they understood my concern and addressed it in the quality of their cleaning. My house is ready to entertain and I am happy that I found this offer and company.

Expectations exceeded. I'd hire again. Crew was early, thorough and conscientious.

Two ladies arrived on time. They were very friendly and started working right away. Looks like they have been trained very good and acted in synergy. They really new what they were doing. We are their regular customer and I would like to continue working with them if they keep up with this quality standard.

I think that the ladies that they send are very professional and thorough in all their cleaning. They do it all in a good time frame.

The manager Alex is always responsive and helpful, and the cleaning team led by Patricia was very thorough and conscientious as they worked through both my basement post-construction cleanup and their subsequent cleaning of my whole house. I especially valued the team's flexibility in adding supplemental cleaning items at the last minute and handling some ancillary cleaning tasks that most other companies won't touch.

It went great. The crew showed up on time, they moved from room to room methodically and left with my place spotless. I have a dog who sheds a lot, by the time they were done with my apartment, you couldn't spot a single hair anywhere! I plan on hiring them regularly.

CleanstarUSA did an excellent job of cleaning and the communication of the owner and the staff was outstanding - best I have encountered from any firm I have worked during my 15 years in the DC metro area.

I am a Realtor, I have used them in the past and given them a lot of business. They refused to clean a condo in Foggy Bottom due to lack of parking. I explained they need to street park but they refused to do this. I will not be using them again as the customer service was terrible. Shame as the ladies do a good job.

Cleanstars did a fantastic job from top to bottom. I needed some cleaning done on short-notice (same week) and Alex got back to me immediately. His team showed up exactly on time, which was refreshing, and we walked through out needs before they got started. The team did a solid job turning the place around and we're very happy with the results!

I have never written a bad review, but this experience compelled me to do so. When the cleaners arrived I said my priorities were the two bathrooms and kitchen. The rest of the house was simply vacuuming and dusting. FYI, the total square footage of space I needed cleaned was less than 1000 sq ft. When they completed the first bathroom and asked me to inspect, I was not happy. They completely missed areas of the floor and didn't even touch the baseboards. And the floor simply didn't look clean. I asked if they could scrub the floor. They said they don't do that, only mop. They said they can put bleach on the floors and mop again...fine. On to the second bathroom...upon closer inspection of the second bathroom after they left, the tile and grout are still dingy! Long story short, TWO ladies cleaned TWO bathrooms and vacuumed the floor in ONE bedroom in the TWO HOURS they were here. The bathrooms were no more than 7x5 feet! When they came downstairs, the second lady just stood around talking to the other lady while she was cleaning the second bathroom when she SHOULD have been cleaning the kitchen or ANY space for that matter! Why on earth should it take TWO people to clean a tiny bathroom that could barely even fit TWO PEOPLE in it?!!! They didn't even touch, dust, or vacuum any other areas of the house. I've hired many two person, two hour cleaning crews and they've accomplished so much more and delivered far superior service. This is by far the worst cleaning experience I've received considering the amount of money spent, the number of crew, and time. I will never use this company again and not recommend. I wouldn't even have them back to "fix" any issues, if they offered. Extremely disappointed!!! I've included photos of the two bathrooms and one floor they vacuumed.

Two cleaners came to my apartment and did a great job. They were efficient, thorough and professional. They went above and beyond, scrubbing the fridge and cleaning the oven. I would use them again.

The professionalism from this company is UNACCEPTABLE. They were responsive with reaching out to schedule an appointment asking that I call them. When I called this morning, the man talked to me like I was an idiot like I didn’t understand that a 4-Hour deal means 2 hours of cleaning if it’s two people. I said I understood and we moved on to finding a good time to schedule and he brought up that they can’t clean my entire (empty) brand new condo in the 2 hours. I said I didn’t care, I just wanted the deal and they can get done as much as they can within the hours I’m paying for. He then says AGAIN that the 4 hours is only if one person came but he’s sending two. I AGAIN said “I know. I understand. I just want what I paid for and that’s fine.” He then says AGAIN that it’s 2 hours for two people that he’ll be sending. AGAIN!!!! I have gotten cleaning services many times in my life and understand the hours by head. This man’s tone and lack of HEARING and UNDERSTANDING what he’s hearing from a client is garbage. He’s so tunnel visioned of making sure someone is understanding him that he was absolutely clueless that he’s not understanding who he’s talking to himself. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE I KNOW. Communication is important. Listening is important. Understanding is important. Especially if you are trying to figure out someone else’s needs and providing a service. Never would I use CleanstarsUSA.

Workers arrived early ahead of schedule and were waiting for me on the front porch. I felt I should have been notified that the workers would be early. I lost a half hour cleaning time as a result. The cleaning job was satisfactory Note: The workers left without locking the windows shut. Fortunately, I double-checked \ad locked them myself.

The two ladies were pleasant and did a good job but took much longer than any other cleaning service I have ever used. I had purchased 8 hours of cleaning and thought they would use 5 hours this first time but they used all 8. I was not home most of the time so when I came back I was surprised they were still at the house.

Arrived 15 minutes late, but made up the time and their work was excellent.

They did a relatively good job in that they cleaned well. Except I didn't like that I had to ask them to clean the ceiling fans, and hanging light fixtures. They did not get the cobwebs in the ceiling corners.

it went ok. staff punctual and very professional. verified what problem areas I wanted them to focus on which would be their priority and if time permits would get to areas that were not identified.
