Very well...they were very diligent and super cleaned the house. Their cleaning products were quite strong smelling, but I have a sensitive nose. I understand there are other products they can use, so next time I will ask for less fragrant products.

Excellent and professional results.

The cleaning itself went very well. A small bathroom, a small kitchen, and a lot of vacuuming were all that was needed. The ad is a great deal and the work performed was high quality. But, upon mentioning that I was moving out, a call was made to the owner and he said that I had to pay a little more for a move out cleaning. Though the ad does not mention it, a "move out" cleaning will cost more. I didn't mind the extra cost. The ladies were great. I would hire again.

Generally good. They used Murphy's Oil Soap to clean the floors, which most cleaning services will not bother with, but they used a LOT of it, so our floors were quickly covered with greasy footprints afterwards. Would use them again but provide a little feedback to the cleaners on the floors.

The work was done efficiently. A few details were missed (e.g., parts of a bathroom floor were not cleaned thoroughly) but the two cleaners might have needed more time to do everything. Overall, the two cleaners worked hard and did a great job during the two hours they had

TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN!! The two ladies arrived on time spent one hour upstairs in the upper portion of my house where the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are the one bed needed to be re made the other bed not the left water on the floor did not finish the window seals spent ONE HOUR UPSTAIRS!! They did not sweep the kitchen mop the kitchen did not wipe off the counters in the kitchen in two hours they could not get to the kitchen and my two bedroom small roadhouse in Washington DC. TERRIBLE!! To add insult to this experience I was offered another hour at $70. SCAMM

They were very nice. They called me back to house for unnecessary action which was a bit irritating, Job was "adequately" done but would not use again. Paying someone to clean my house is a really big treat for myself. My husband's statement was that they weren't any better than what we would have done ourselves (except for the bath tub which was way better than I can do, would like to know what they used) but which was true but the point being that I paid someone else to do above and beyond what I would have done. Result was nice to come home to clean house but not any better than what I can do myself and where other services have been better than what I can do. You want that special "smell" (furniture polish), and "shine" (again, furniture polish) on the wood furniture which didn't happen here. They did do windows and glass door but left a film which I had to go back and redo. There was no "chemical" smell which leads me to think they use different products than I am familiar with. Overall, house was clean but missing the "extra" bump of what I expected.

All went well. Started late due to needing to go to the store to purchase a replacement belt for the vacuum from a previous job. However once started they stayed later until the job was completed. Very satisfied and would definitely use again!

While the ladies did cover some of things i requested (under bed, couches), they didn't do other reasonably common sense things like dust and mop ALL of the hardwood floors, vacuum the area rugs and clean a tile shelf IN the shower. They also neglected to clean or entry way and dust the lamps. I will not hire them again

I was very impressed with CleanstarsUSA. They needed to reschedule due to an unforeseen emergency, and they were extremely flexible in scheduling the new time. When they arrived, they were efficient and professional, and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Pretty good. I wanted the floors scrubbed, but I wasn't there and I guess my wife couldn't relay it to them.

Ladies were on time, very pleasant, detail oriented and very thorough. I'm extremely pleased with there service and will use them again.

GREAT! The ladies were very professional, did an excellent of cleaning. The house looked and smelled so clean when they were finished. I did not see anything they missed. Hope to hire them a continuous service.

Overall, it went well. The cleaners were very nice and since I only had 2 hours with 2 people, I had them do specific things. They arrived on time, worked hard. Some things were not done as I would have expected (not dusting everything or bending over to dust the lower part), it was okay because we were on limited time. Had I paid full price for a full cleaning, I would have expected more and better attention to detail. However, I am very happy with what they did. I would hire them again.

It went excellent. It went very well, they sweeped and mopped and everything. They were on time, very professional, and very thorough. I would highly recommend them. We actually hired them for regular cleaning.

Overall great! I got the four hour deal. Two people for two hours. After the first hour they thought they were done and left however before my husband could call me and ask if it was one hour or two per person the company had already corrected them and sent them back! That shows the company cares that the customer gets what they paid for! Not many do that. AND their work was great. I am a busy mom, full time job and full time grad student. Coming home to a clean house (a greatly cleaned house) was amazing.

It worked out well. They are very good. The quality was great. They did superior job. They were very professional and very thorough. There were 2 of them and it was for 2 hours.

The cleaning went well, we pre-paid for a set amount of time and they were able to accomplish just about everything in that time frame. The cleaning was excellent -- it hasn't been this clean since we moved in.

Everything went well. Only suggestion would be to use a wood cleaning product on hardwood floors ratherthan damp mop.

I actually purchased it for a friend who had just lost her mom. It went really well. They did a good job.

They did a great job, by kitchen sink had some hard to get out stains. I am not sure what they used, but my sink looked brand new.
