I was very impressed with how good of a job the ladies that came to my house did that day. The place just sparkled when they left and the owner of the house could not have been more pleased when she saw how clean everything was. It was well worth it and I am saving the coupon I purchased for future cleaning. I plan on using this company on a regular basis. Very nice and very professional.

There was a bit of a language barrier but the crew was professional and did a great job. The ladies needed a little extra time to finish cleaning the house so the manager called personally and let me know. Definitely will use again!

Tenant took off from work but cleaners did not show. They told him the next available appointment would be in September 30th in about 5 weeks.

Ladies arrived early and started immediately. I gave them some special instructions and they complied with all of my requests. They were courteous, respectful and eager to please. The only down side was a language barrier. However, it wasn't a major problem as we managed to communicate and I am very happy with the results. I am a perfectionist and when I give a compliment you can be assured it is well deserved.

In four hours they only cleaned the upstairs. They tried to charge us more to clean the main floor, which we refused. When they realized how upset my wife was they quickly vacuumed the main floor before they left. Never touched the kitchen, family room, or main floor bathroom. Have used other maid services and never had this problem. Will never use again.

It went very well. It was very easy to schedule the appointment. The management team was very professional. The cleaning team showed up on time and did a fantastic job cleaning the house. I highly recommend them.

This job was performed on 7/5/17. I spent most of the day 7/4/17 getting the house ready for the cleaners, so they would just need to clean and not pick up clutter. To come home and find the kitchen floors and counters had not been touched was beyond belief. The first item on the list of tasks to complete was to vacuum and mop the floors. The two workers did clean the one full and one half bath satisfactorily, as well as vacuuming the carpets. However, there's no excuse for leaving the kitchen floor and counters untouched, and other areas in the main hallway and living room uncleaned. NO EXCUSE. And apparently not willing to come back to finish the job.

Very low-energy individuals (2); never did dust overhead fans in each room, even though I asked them to do so twice. I finally just gave up asking (I don't really speak Spanish, which might have been a detriment in this case). Did very little other dusting, either. Streaky wood floor wiping; did not lift rug to get anything that might have gone beneath rug. Did fold clean clothes when I asked, and that was appreciated. Did passable jobs on 2 bathrooms. No dusting in master bedroom at all. Shocked when they said they were done in 5 hours, yet I paid for 8 hours (2 people, 4 hrs each), and then just shrugged when I pointed this out. There was more for them to do. I asked them the 2nd time at this point to dust overhead fans in each room, but they just repeated they were done. At that point, I wasn't into arguing (could have been language barrier). I'm looking for a very good housecleaning service to come here regularly (every 2 - 3- weeks) but this wasn't "it", unfortunately. It was NOT a bad job - but it was not a very good one, either. They did do a good job of getting cat hair off my upholstered furniture, and at cleaning kitchen. At any rate, I'm trying another service on 10 July.

They arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently, and were polite and professional the entire time.

Quite well, but the cleaning agent they used left a chemical smell. I'm waiting for that to dissipate. That's why I gave them a B for quality, but an A overall.

This was the worst cleaning service I've ever purchased on Angie's List. The team showed up either an hour and a half or half hour late (I wasn't 100% sure if they were supposed to come at 10 or between 10 and 11, but they showed up at 11:20 and I had to call to see if they were coming). When they arrived, the lead lady asked my priorities and reminded me they were only there for 2 hours. I said to focus on the bathrooms and kitchen, but because of the way she was talking, I told her no other team of 2 has ever not finished the whole house (only 2.5 baths and 2800 sq ft) in 2 hours because everything was picked up and ready to go. When they got to work, instead of dividing up and taking care of multiple rooms, they went to the same bathroom and were tripping over each other the whole time. I told them they didn't have to change bed sheets, but I would like them to vacuum. When they were supposedly done with the upstairs, I went to check the work. The bathrooms still had hair on the floors and mats, and the fixtures were not clean. There were a few vacuum marks, but it looked as though the roller brush wasn't working because there were no lines, and there were pock marks throughout the rooms (only 2 of which were vacuumed because they said my son was in one, so they skipped it entirely instead of telling me that they don't clean while people are in the rooms). The carpets actually looked dirtier than they were before they got there. When they started on the main level roughly 45 minutes into the service, the lead lady got a call. Unlike most cleaners that either use a Bluetooth ear device, so they can keep cleaning while they talk, she just stood in the hallway for 15-20 minutes while the other lady did the half bath. I guess she got tired of standing, so she took the call outside and sat in her car for another 15 minutes talking to another manager about hours and costs and such. She told him she would be leaving my house at 1:20 (not taking into account her 30-40 minute phone call), so when she got off and finally came back to work, I told her she owed me extra time and that they better not leave until the kitchen was done. It, like everything else was done terribly. The floors were sticky, sink fixtures not even touched, microwave wasn't wiped, etc. They did no dusting at all in the entire house, and where they did work, it wasn't actually clean. They just rushed through everything and left 5 minutes (10 total out of the time I paid for) early because I was working in a different room. Totally unsatisfactory, slow work in every way. Save yourself the time and frustration and use someone else.

They did a good job, got things done in two hrs, I like their working attitude!

Very professional and efficient. Next to a little language barrier, the ladies both did an excellent house cleaning job. They were also able to handle my request after Chico's left me high and dry or should I say dirty.

Okay, but some areas were overlooked. Decorative items in the Bathroom were not dusted. Also in the Kitchen, the TV, and TV stand were not dusted. I wanted the draperies dusted, but the vacuum cleaner they had did not have the part for dusting draperies.
