+ -1 moreVery well. The owner quickly and confidently identified the problems with the system, proposed a plan, provided a written estimate and performed the work in a professional and timely manner. He was responsive to questions without being defensive, returned calls promptly when he didn't personally answer. And showed up when he said he would. His staff were polite, professional and neat. Our system is humming along and we are enjoying our long-awaited comfort!
Description of Work: Troubleshoot our longtime problematic system and provide and install new 10 Ton unit, rework return air ducting, install new filter bank and access and thermostat.

Description of Work: Techs over charged last two trips. This last service the tech was told three times that the outside water spigots were winterized and had issues which the plumber was coming out the next day. If he needed the spigot we can cancel and reschedule. He said no he could work around. I went out later to find him using the irrigation spigot. He turned on the valve. Called so called religious Mr. Christian and he did not call me back. Terrible business
