deck cleaning, pressure washing
+ 0 moreEstimate was handled well. On site estimate was completed on the spot. Really seemed interested in doing a good job and having a satisfied customer. I had called a number of company's that were slow to respond or didn't respond at all. The work was completed well prior to the contract's window for completion. I was very pleased about that. A few spots were missed, and the company came back and touched up with no complaint. Used a Wolman Wood Care product. The deck looks 110 percent better. The semi-transparent stain should last three years I was advised. If this is true may be worth it. I did get a lower price on the deck's power washing. The company indicated their price was bit higher because the stain is put on with a brush by hand and the Wolman product is not cheap.
Description of Work: Power washed deck of all dirt, grime and mildew ($592). Also, power washed patio brick two retaining walls ($60) and front porch and walkway ($45).
