Description of Work: They replaced bathroom vanity faucet and tub faucet. As a bonus (because the first two did not take an hour), they got the kitchen faucet back to full strength by carefully poking out holes in filter with a needle.

Description of Work: Fixed my leaking toilet and replaced the faucet on the bathroom sink. They were fantastic! Very professional, fair, and reasonable. The faucet came with a faulty piece which was only noticeable once installed, Brookland offered to come back and replace the piece charge free (even though the fault was not theirs) once the piece arrives to my house. I think I've finally found my standard plumber. :)

Description of Work: Raciel arrived promptly and did a superb job. He installed two new kitchen faucets and a soap dispenser. While at it, he also replaced a canister in an under sink water filter. He also replaced a flush handle on a toilet and reassembled a faulty drain mechanism in a bathroom sink. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and his friendly attitude. c

Description of Work: I had a pipe burst in a powder room in Late February. I was also in need of an upgraded water heater to match my families growing demand. They quoted me a flat price on the heater installation that was reasonable. They identified some issues with the waste line for the powder room and provided a quote to re-route and patch the water pipes. the time it took was considerably longer than they or I expected (twice as long in fact). They stuck to their quote and did an excellent job. I recommend them and will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs. | |

 + -1 moreRaciel is wonderful. I called him after I found him on Angie's List and he came by within and hour(happened to have a job in the neighborhood). We had a sink and tub fixtures that had been incorrectly installed by another company. He arrived on time and got right to work. He ended up having to take the entire sink apart and re-installing. Showed me exactly what the company we used did incorrectly. I mentioned that this was our first bathroom remodel and we had very bad luck with our plumber and he commented that you can't do that these days and that's why to stay competitive and get favorable ratings on Angie's List, you have to do quality work. He did -- and then some. Answered all questions thoroughly, kept work area very clean, fairly priced, honest, hard-working, and great. We will definitely use Raciel again.

 + 0 moreThe whole job went very very smoothly. Raciel came when he said he would, did an excellent job, finished when he said he would, and charged us what he said he would. I can only give him the highest marks. It was a pleasure to have him in our house.
Description of Work: Raciel Suarez did the plumbing for a new bathroom for us, putting in all the lines for a shower, sink and toilet and then fitting those items. He has also done other smaller plumbing work for us, such as fixing a sump pump line and rerouting some pipes that hung too low in our basement.
