BP came in and explained the issues, made the fix, and were kind and professional. They were very communicative by both phone and text! Also like that they are a local group - they were very communicative regarding arrival time, as well, which was very helpful for my schedule.

Excellent job! They arrived early within the projected arrival window. They assessed the requirements and performed the required repairs in about an hour.

I don't normally write reviews, and I frankly don't usually believe all 5 star reviews. However I can't give them anything less. It took less than a day to get a call back from them, but the person on the phone gave me a clear understanding of what my problem likely was, and exactly how they charged. They then arrived exactly on time, and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. If all contractors were this professional, everyone would want to be a homeowner.

Great! Raciel and his dad got it done in under an hour. Replaced the disposal and cleaned up under the sink. I also had time to get some advice on other projects we are considering within my hour. Also, when I called to set up the appointment they suggested I purchase a disposal to have on hand in case we needed to replace it in order to get the most efficient and cost-effective service (not have to have them come back if we determined the disposal unit was broken). That was great advice and appreciated and it meant I only paid for one hour's of work and got everything done in one day instead of having to have them come back.

Raciel visited and found that the only pipes that were still galvanized were serving the toilets and a few small pipes in inaccessible places. He strongly recommended against replacing them, since they were fine, and said that the drop in pressure was due to the (tankless) toilets demanding more water pressure than our system could possibly deliver. All this despite having booked the whole day to perform work for us. He wouldn't even let me pay more than the one-hour minimum. So, while he didn't actually do any plumbing, his expertise and honesty saved us a ton of money at a time when we were already pinched from buying a house.

Excellent! I cannot recommend Brookland Plumbing highly enough! I manage an apartment building of nine residential units and so I have plumbing issues fairly often. I found Brookland Plumbing on Angie's list after my old plumber retired and I have been using them ever since. They are knowledgeable, friendly, fairly priced, and have always been able to schedule me within a reasonable amount of time. In the past year or so they have replaced a shower for me, replaced a garbage disposal, fixed multiple leaking sinks, installed water control valves, and provided advice on several smaller issues they helped me to fix myself. They are a family owned operation and so they keep things affordable by having me buy any large parts (for example I bought the shower and the garbage disposal at Home Depot), they do however supply the smaller parts (such as washers, seats and springs, etc.). Although this is a little more work on my end, it saves me a bunch of money on the mark up that larger plumbing companies charge to supply you larger parts (plus I am able to buy the models that I want). They walk me through the exact parts I need to buy if it is ever complicated though. Every job they have done for me I has been excellent and I've been completely satisfied. They are a pleasure to work with!

everything went fine. We sent them some pictures before the visit. They offered suggestions, told us how much they charged per hour and gave estimate of the amount of time it might take. They were professional and work was done well.

Everything went great on Raciel's end. We had troubles retrofitting some old bathroom plumbing, but he worked with me to figure a solution and left everything looking wonderful. Any problems were on our and our general contractors end, and he made multiple trips to get everything installed and in good working order. Raciel and Eileen are an absolute joy to work with - super nice, professional, and knowledgeable.

I left a message with Brookland Plumbing and quickly got a friendly call back. After explaining that I had a leak, the Assistant offered multiple ways I could fix the leak myself and avoid a service call. Unbelievable. After explaining that I would not be able to solve this problem myself, she quickly set a convenient time for the plumbers to come. On the day in question, they came right on time. After looking at the leak, the plumbers tried a quick solution, did NOT charge me, told me to watch it, and promised to come back if it didn't work. The leak came back, so I called and got the same friendly Assistant. We again determined a convenient time for the plumbers to come. This appointment was in the afternoon and they promised to call me before I left work, so I did not miss a lot of time in the office. Their were great at communicating their schedule and estimated arrival time. When the plumbers got to my house, they really investigated the problem (rather than just quickly tearing this apart) and soon realized the problem was the diverter (a much less expensive fix than breaking into the tile wall looking for the source of the leak). They repaired the diverter and were out in about 1 hour. They never charged me for the first visit. The fix has worked. The leak is gone. I am REALLY impressed with this company. I will definitely call them whenever I need a plumber in the future. I highly recommend them.

From the initial contact with Eileen to set up the appointment, my experience with Brookland Plumbing was excellent. We have an old house and I was worried about getting an accurate quote, so I forwarded photos of our basement ceiling in reference to where the fridge is located on the 1st floor to Brookland Plumbing who immediately confirmed that it would be no problem and confirmed the original quote/ estimated time frame of 1.5 hours. They arrived on time, but I did not realize that I should have purchased the water supply kit for the fridge/icemaker as I had never done this before. But that was no problem for Brookland Plumbing who gave me the option/benefits of a plastic vs. copper line I believe, so that I could make an informed decision. Then they left to purchase it for me or maybe they had one available, not sure. It was under $20 and they just added it to my bill and immediately provided a receipt for the purchase. As others have stated the primary receipt was emailed that day and included all applicable charges. I appreciate their honesty and they finished the job in a timely manner. We will definitely request their services for other projects, of which there are many in this old house.

They were knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous over the phone, and worked quickly when on site. From the initial contact to the final contract, they were a pleasure to work with. They arrived right on time, were super efficient, and took some our of their packed schedule to do a few free estimates and answer some questions about other projects. I'm nervous about giving them a great review, because I want to keep their schedule all to myself!

Their promptness is incredible. They showed up on time on the four different occasions we had appointments, two different days for rough in and two different days for finishes. Each time they were neat, cleaned up, and were very helpful in figuring out obstacles and a better way to do it. The kitchen rough in was done in about 5 hours and required new water lines and the moving of the old sink drain. Tying into old galvanized water pipes were no concern for them and they converted as much as they could to copper. The drain was run new and more efficiently than the old one, which they removed. The gas line had to be relocated across the room and this was done without a problem. They also ran a new line for a pot filler. The finish was neat, clean and with new counters and a sink, they were careful not to damage anything. They installed the faucet, disposal, dishwasher, pot filler, gas valve, and refrigerator water line. The sink was installed by the marble counter contractor. All went off without a hitch and we are very happy with the results. The bathroom needed a new drain that had to be run more than 50 feet along the basement ceiling to the main drain, which they had to cut (cast iron) remove and replace with PVC since they had to cut into it. The water lines were then run and since I was using a Toto toilet with the tank inside the wall, I had installed it before they arrived. They tied the water into it along with the drain and vent line. The finish took a little longer than I thought, but the sink was a bit tricky and took longer than usual. They installed the faucet and hooked up the toilet bowl to the system and all was good. They have a lifetime warranty against anything they do (labor) so the guarantee is very valuable. Any problems with anything they have installed means they will come out and fix it, for as long as they house is standing! Very happy with everything they did.

Inquired regarding a leak in ceiling from bathroom upstairs. Brookland provided a very honest assessment over the phone, and asked me to check a couple things, which corrected the problem and saved me money. Thanks for the honest effort.
