Description of Work: I requsted to have the garbage disposal replaced, and fix a leak in the pea trap. I was scheduled for an 11:00 AM appointment, I received a call at 9:30 AM from the plumber, saying he would like to come early at 10: AM. Need less to say I was very happy. He showed up at 10: AM, and went straight to work. The Plumber was professional, and he knew his job. Once he was finished he cleaned the area he worked in, and I am very happy with his work. I will be refering him to family and friends. Thanks Louis.

Description of Work: Brookland Plumbing was excellent and I will definitely use them again should I have a need for additional plumbing services. My situation involved a pinhole leak in a copper water line. Already, I've recommended them to a work colleague. I called Brookland after researching plumbers on Angie's List and calling several other companies. The office was prompt in responding to my need for a housecall and providing me a ballpark estimate of fees. The technician arrived on time, as scheduled. They charge by the hour, not by the job, which worked out very well in my situation. In fact, when i made the appointmtne and was given an idea as to how long the work may take, the scheduler said that with their one hour minimum, if there was leftover time, I could have the technician look at any other things going on around the house at no extra charge. I was in fact able to do this, and it was great. They also let me know how I might make better use of teh plumber's on-site time by my shutting off the water and draining the pipes before he arrived so everything was ready to go. Once at the house, the plumber explained what was going on, what my options for repair were, patiently laying everything out so i could make an informed decision. He was very professional and I immediately sensed that I could trust his judgement. Definitely, defintiely consider using this company for your plumbing needs. Based on this experience, I'd recommend them to my mother, my best friend, anyone.
