Jennifer from Boston Enviormental was phenomenal. She was so professional and pleasant. She even brought us donuts even though we were late for our scheduled meeting time. She stayed in contact with us and gave us updates through out the day and also gave recommendations. Boston Enviormental is a bit more expensive than other companies. However you get what you pay for. Jennifer was very thorough and discovered a mold issue that needed immediate attention that we would not have known about otherwise. They got the job done in a day and a half and did excellent work. They also had a third party come in and test air quality after to make sure everything was clear. Another company told me it would take 4 days and wasn't nearly as helpful. I highly highly recommend Boston Enviormental. Happy customer!

BE&C was professional and courteous in removing the asbestos tile in my basement. They provided a project manager that was my point of contact for scheduling, pricing, and any questions I had.

Ronald came out to do our test. He was prompt, contacted me beforehand, and answered all of our questions.

Since the demolition of my backyard pool became such a challenge due to two heatwaves and the breakdown of several machines, I was agitated and called her more than I should have. At the end, the job turned out extremely well. From the start of getting the permits, deactivating the electric and gas line and then the removal of the concrete, all was done in an expertly manner. The crew worked hard and now it looks like there hadn`t been a pool before due to a good fill in and grading. Boston Environmental was very professional to deal with -- Jennifer Lynch set up a time for Mr. Cooper of her firm to come to my Church; he was there on time, took a sample of the plaster to be tested for asbestos, and left, all in about 25 minutes. The results were E-mailed to me in three days later. I was quite pleased.

And this job entailed a lot of unique complexities, such as demanding tenants, an unresponsive condo association, tight timeframes, complex insurance negotiations, and some intricate design challenges. Throughout the process, Jennifer was more than just a superb project manager. She served as a trusted advisor ensuring that I met all regulatory requirements and ended up with a high-quality final product. She also served as a strong advocate in negotiating with my insurance company for the portion of the ceiling that had water damage, which was to my financial benefit. No one is grateful about learning they have asbestos in their home. But I am grateful that Jennifer was there to help me through the process.
