Jennifer, the Project Manager has the nerve of steel and the steady hand to guide the project to completion. Danny, the Engineer, worked with the County for days with patience to navigate the mine field of confusing regulations. I hired BEI because their people are responsive, knowledgeable and take initiative to resolve problems behind the scenes. Their pricing is fair because BEI good management without big construction company's overhead and slow responds.

Tested a covered floor for asbestos with the idea of removing and replacing. Company rep visited, took sample and test results were available the next day.

Prompt, thorough and courteous. Worked on a holiday and communicated frequently during the job. Was somewhat concerned about hiring a company off the internet to do abestos work, but I would recommend them now w/o any hesitation.

Service was prompt and efficient. The turnaround time for results was very quick. Excellent service. Did not need to have them eliminate asbestos.

The team from Boston Environmental did a very thorough job. I was pleased with the professionalism of Henry Cooper, Project Manager and his team. The asbestos in my house was inspected on a Thursday and removed by Friday. The crew was clean, quiet, and fast.

Mr Copper with Boston Environmental was very professional and went out of his way to evaluate the need on a Sunday and do the work the following morning. It was critical that the work be done quickly due to a broken down furnace which provided heat for a 95 year old widow. The heating and cooling company would not install the new unit until what might have been asbestos was removed from a duck that they would be distrubing. He has also committed to return to the home the day the installers return to ensure the work done is to their satisfaction. That is customer service I greatly appreciate and dealing with a professional company.
