For the past couple months we had been seeing bees flying in and out of our window shutters and had more recently started seeing several dead/dying bees inside our home on the windowsill. We reached out to Cliff at BioTech Pest Management and received a response within the same day. Cliff came out to do the initial inspection and was very informative and professional. We decided to go with BioTech Pest management and the work was scheduled and completed within a couple days. Haven't seen any bees since, but nevertheless its good to know that the work is guaranteed for 90 days! We would definitely use BioTech Pest Mgmt in the future, and will likely be using them in the spring for mosquito treatment. Thank you!

We gradually started to see a few bees in the playroom and after a week we knew we had a bee hive somewhere near that area of the house. Clifford, from Biotech, came the next day and after inspecting the area he discover where the bee hive was. The following day they came back with all the right equipment and took care of them, although they might need to come back to treat the area again just to make sure the bees are gone. Overall, I am very satisfied with their services.

We discovered a termite infestation in our home and quickly called several companies. In the end we went with BioTech based on how detailed they were. Not only did they explain to us the type of termites we had and the level of infestation, they educated us on why they were here in the first place, how they plan to treat the problem and even how to prevent future occurrences. Months later, we have not regretted our decision!

We had a persistent mice problem in our rental and needed someone experienced and could solve our problem. What sold us on BioTech was the way they approach the job. They were the only company that we called who didn't use traps. Instead they used a two step process where they baited and permanently sealed entry points. We haven't had and mice issues ever since. Very happy with our decision to trust BioTech for the job!

Cliff came out twice and got rid of the roach problem for me. This is the third time I've used Cliff. Always detail oriented and can't complain about the results. Highly recommend Cliff.

This wasn't the first time I've used them. Cliff's ALWAYS so detailed oriented and reliable! He also educates me on what I need to watch out for so similar problems don't come back! What a delight to work with.

I like everything about them. They were professional.

When we first called, we thought the problem was squirrels in the chimney. Representative came out the same day to inspect and found the problem to be birds rather than squirrels. Gave us a considerably higher quote to do the work, but they were willing to negotiate a lower price. They would have been ready to do the work the next day, but we were away. They came the first day we were back. By that time the birds had left the chimney on their own, so bird removal turned out to be unnecessary but nest removal (and the other work) still was. The person who actually performed the work was quite professional, but the person helping her was somewhat less so. He managed to step directly on and bend a roof peak vent and didn't realize the problem until we told him not to step there. He also bent part of a gutter on his way down from the roof. Except for that problem, the actual work was done in a satisfactory manner and we would consider using them again.

The initial responsiveness and professionalism was decent. They returned my calls and came out at the end of the 2 hour time frame they gave me. They scheduled the first of the services to start the next day. The next day they didn't show up within the alotted 2 hour window they gave me but did call me to tell me they were running late. They showed up 1.25 hrs late. They could not determine where the rodents were coming into the house. They (stephanie) seemed knowledgeable and wanted to come back in the morning with someone else so they could verify there were no entry points on the roof (doubtful since its only 2 yrs old). They did not show up for the next appointment. The person who was due to show up did not answer my calls or call me back after I left a voicemail. Towards the end of the day we connected with the salesman who gave the initial estimate. He told us he would get in contact with our servicer and get back to us immediately. He never called back. The next day we got through to the main line, they had no scheduled appointment for our house and did not know what happened. They scheduled someone to come out 3 days later in a 2 hour window. No one showed up for that apppointment either. Someone finally got in touch with us 7-10 days after the original no show. They explained that they checked the roof (when we weren't home over that period) and didn't need us in the house for that. This was never communicated (that we didn't need to be home for that). After 1.5 months I have learned to call to confirm day of any schedule appointments. They are typically late, but now they usually come (one time the did not and when I called they "thought it was tomorrow"). The only positive in this is that the services which are and will be performed seem reasonably priced. Also they do not upsell me on services I don't need (such as replacing all the insulation in my house which is what another estimator wanted to do). The other companies I tried wanted to either do too much (i.e upsell me) or did not seem to know how this type of extermination should work...just baiting and not finding out how they are coming into the house. All services still aren't completed since the point of entry was just located and fixed...we think.

They were very nice and responsive, but I was disappointed by their punctuality. The first appointment the guy didn't even show up and didn't call until half an hour after the time window was over. I had a tight schedule that day and it really was inconsiderate. When they did reschedule, I expected him to be very punctual but the time frame was 9-11 and he didn't even get to the house until 11:15. After he came, he was very professional and pleasant. However, if you are busy and are waiting on them this can be a problem.

They were wonderful, pleasant, timely and affordable. My son and I had used them for treatment for roaches in his house and we were delighted with their services. My son moved into a house that was totally roach infested and despite all of our efforts, we were not able to eliminate the roaches. We sprayed, used boric acid and bombed the house several times but could not eradicate the problem. So we resorted to hiring a professional pest control expert. The owner of the company personally came out and told us that she could solve our problem and got right to work. She pulled out the dishwasher and the stove and treated every conceivable nook and cranny. She told us the roaches were living in the walls and explained everything she was going to do and how she would do it. She followed up with another treatment a week later and said she would return in a few more weeks for another treatment, just to be sure, all at no extra charge. She even made a fourth trip just to be certain that there were no more bugs. After the first week we never saw another bug!!! I can't say enough good things about this company.

They are reasonably priced and do a thorough job.
