About us

We are a family owned business operating over 40 years in the DMV area. We are BUILDERS, not handymen. In addition to our Maryland Home Improvement License and Washington D.C. Home Improvement License, we are also licensed Maryland Home Builders. Over the years we have built dozens of CUSTOM homes, start to finish, that are still loved and lived in by their homeowners today! Although we are a small firm, our scope of work is large. We specialize in the difficult: Foundation problems, hard builds, storm water management, FIXING PROBLEMS OTHER CONTRACTORS HAVE CREATED! Homeowners choosing us for their remodeling needs get an unparalleled level of customer service. From start to finish we work with homeowners 1-on-1, understanding your vision while always staying mindful of cost. Beginning with design, securing permits and plans, and all phases of construction are overseen by me, Sam Banks, personally. I am the guy answering the phone the first time you call, I am the guy who will come to your home and discuss your family’s needs, I am the guy who will see your remodeling vision to the end!
