He came back a couple of days later, and completed the work. The window looks fantastic, and we are very pleased with his work.

I paid him half at the beginning and another half when he came back to install the window. He was very professional and respectful of my house. I will definitely use A.R. Glass again if I have window repair needs.

I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Technician arrived on time and finished in about 20 minutes. Excellent job replacing two broken panes in my front door. He required one half of the total up front and the remainder upon completion of the job. The glass had to be ordered and Eddie returned to complete the job exactly when he said he would. I am very satisfied with his work.

The wooden molding around the glass is dinged up but we were told this would be the case in advance. One day we'll get around to re-painting it.
