Description of Work: Synched up all my systems with a virtual server and helped me get my scanner back on line-- but the most extraordinary thing was the professional who did this, then, when he heard I was buying a smartphone the next day,came right by to be sure it was synching too-- this is absolutely unbelievable!!!

Description of Work: There's never a good time for your HD to crash, but I was on deadline and ACC answered the phone right away, gave an accurate quote, gave quick feedback on the issue and did a speedy repair. My MacBook Pro was back in business 24 hours after drop off and my data was recovered. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The price was fair (not cheap) and the turnaround was faster than the turnaround offered by other Mac authorized repair centers. I highly recommend this business.

 + -1 moreThis was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had as a customer in Washington DC. I brought to Mr. Fard my laptop that wouldn't work. He told me it would take one day to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. Just as promised, Mr. Fard called me the next day and explained the problem my laptop had. When I stopped by few days later to pick up the laptop, Mr.Fard told me that their office had a problem with a phone line, and he could not process my payment by a credit card. I did not have enough cash on me. Mr.Fard insisted I took the laptop and mailed check later. His comment was:"We need to help each other out in life." If God forbid I ever have a problem with laptop I am running with it to Mr.Fard - I trust his ethics and professionalism. I like the treatment I received: it felt like the provider will do everything to help me out fast and ask a fair price for it.
Description of Work: The provider fixed my laptop which wouldn't turn on. Mr. Fard did reset the battery and it took care of the problem.
