I could not be happier with Adrian's work. He was honest and reliable from our first meeting until the completion of the project. His bid was significantly less than others, and his work was of the highest quality. He takes a personal responsibility for every aspect of the project, even when working with subcontractors. Throughout the entire 6-month project, he was never late once, and never failed to follow up on every promise that he made. Despite an earthquake, hurricane, and flooding in the DC area during this time period, none of these caused a delay in Adrian's work. All the work is solid, and I have had no problems with anything that Adrian built or installed since the project was finished. I would recommend ADI Construction to anyone.

It could not have gone better. Adrian not only does the initial inspection and bidding on plans, he actually does the large majority of the work himself. The quality of his work is excellent and I am confident saying that as I am in a related field. He is an extremely talented craftsman. Like all general contractors, Adrian outsources plumbing, hvac, electrical and tile, but he manages all of them very well. He is on site every day and manages the job very professionally. His subcontractors too are all very good. Best of all, he does all framing and carpentry himself and does it very well. His pricing was reasonable and the project came in on time and on budget. I would absolutely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

From the first phone call, the owner, Adrian Parau was responsive, personable and approached the job with intellience and experience. He hired very talented subs for each specialty -- masonry, painting and roofing --, doing the carpentry himself. He kept close tabs on gthe sub-contracting work. He kept us informed on all stages of the project and responded immediately to any concerns. All work was completed as specified for the esitmated price (except for a couple items which we added to the contract). His pricing is very competitive. We couldn't imagine a better experience. He's honest and dependable. He has excellent social skills and is very easy to work with. He's meticulous and wants his clients to be satisfied with his work.

We had quite a bit of rain during the construction period which had an impact on the schedule but work was carried out in a dedicated manner. The effort and workmanship was very impressive and carried out with a minimum of subcontractors. This is an hands-on builder who is an experienced general contractor as well as a highly skilled carpenter. He doesn't take chances and takes pride in the quality of his work. He exhibited fairness and concern in dealing with us. We are happy to recommend him.
