The concrete was demolished in no time, and they hauled everything away in several loads. He even swept the patio after the bricks and brush were removed. In addition to offering the best price and scheduling, he did a great job on a tough project... and did it all with a smile. He was really nice to deal with, honest and conscientious. I would recommend him without reservation and hire him again in a heartbeat.

We have about two acres of land that had a lot of junk around our barn collecting. We had them come to clean out and take the trash away. Two people came out and worked very hard. Overall, it was a great experience.

Mr. Michael Mason returned my e-mail with a call almost immediately. He was out that same day to give me an estimate. Which we ( the church ) agreed that it was a very fair estimate. Some of the items dumped on the church property were sofas, mattresses, wood doors, etc. Action Junk Removal had to actually go into the woods to retrieve some of these items. They did a great job! They even cleaned up the space nicely. Would highly recommend Action Junk Removal to others!!!!

Working with Michael Mason was as good as it gets. He was very responsive and quickly came out to give me an estimate. A day later he arrived on time and proceeded to quickly remove a number of large items from my home. He even separated out some items that may have been wanted by charity organizations. I'd certainly use his company again (and will) and I will be forwarding his name on to anyone who has similar needs from a service company.

They gave me the quote promptly. It just didn’t 1.14 what they were doing.

Overall their service was solid an effecient, they are a bunch of hard-working people.

Action Junk Removal is the best vendor experience I've ever had from Angie's List. We emailed about a pile of asphalt we needed hauled. Michael Mason replied within 24 hours and was incredibly helpful and forthcoming with information. We sent him some photos and he was able to provide a rough estimate (instead of requiring an on-site visit to give the estimate). His estimate seemed reasonable so we scheduled a visit asap. His crew arrived a few days later as scheduled and were thorough and professional. They swept up after shoveling the asphalt into their truck. They had run out of paper receipts, so Michael dropped one off in person two days later. Other vendors eventually got back to us with estimates that were 2 or 3 times as much, with longer waits.

Michael was responsive: I got a call back right away, and he stayed in touch throughout scheduling. His estimate was accurate. He gave me an estimated range over the phone, and the final amount was at the lower end of his range. His pricing was in line with other providers. He was punctual. We spoke in the evening and to my surprise, by 9AM next morning everything was gone. Lastly, he seems like a really nice guy. He came over the next day to pick up payment and we had a chance to chat. I would work with him again and recommend him highly.

.Michael was prompt , courteous, and professional. He always returned any phone calls and answered my questions. It was amazing to see how they organized everything in the small truck and trailer. Yes, I would have them come again for this service .

Sent an email through Angie's list and got back a fast email response. Michael was very pleasant and professional when he called me on the same day. I ended up going with another company due to availability at the time but definately got good vibes from this company.

The crew arrived promptly and began work immediately. Although we had things somewhat organized in boxes and bags, and had identified items for recycle and/or donations, there was STILL a lot of junk strewn about everywhere (trash, junk, lots of old books); the job seemed endless. But the owner, Michael Mason, offered encouragement right from the start and took care of it, just like he said they would. First, they filled one truck with all the items to be donated or recycled. After filling the the first truck with the donated/recycled items, they went ahead and dropped them off and returned promptly with a receipt in hand. They then filled the second truck with the remaining items to be hauled to the landfill. The job was completed in about seven hours, and the house was finally completely empty. They worked very hard considering the very high temps that day. I've hired many moving companies before, but these men REALLY worked hard without any complaints. The owner and the workers were all very courteous, professional, and I would definitely recommend this company. In fact, my son is moving from his current apartment in DC to another location, and I have hired this company to move him.
