I really liked the guys, but I must admit professionalism was lacking. It felt as though my cousin and his best friends were helping us move. I never figured out who was in charge. They just showed up and started moving items. There was no introduction or assessment of the items that needed to be moved or what should be moved first and how it should be packed. I did incur several broken and scratched items, which probably would have been fine if they had taken more care to pack. To their credit, the owner said he would re-imburse us for any damage. It probably would have amounted to no more than $150.00 so I didn't bother. They also weren't able to pack everything so I ended up making several trips in my car. By the end of the day it was obvious they had enough and had no intention of making two trips. To their credit, they worked hard and tried their best to do a good job, but I have a hard time believing the crew I had was experienced. Putting an experienced mover in charge and wearing shirts with the name of the company would have been a 50% improvement. Cheapest price I encountered, but a clear case of getting what you pay for. They are perfect if you have items that don't require a great deal of care.
