+ -1 moreThis was the first time we have used Jim The Handyman. They replaced a door knob and a storm door. he technician was excellent, and we loved the work. They were very responsive when we first called, and we could not be happier. We will definitely call on them again.

+ -1 moreFranco from Jim The Handyman came up with a novel fix and the implementation was both functional and attractive. We have used Jim The Handyman on several occasions and have always been entirely satisfied with the workmanship and pricing.
Description of Work: We had a problem with under deck waterproofing. Capillary action was causing the water to cling to the underside of the roofing material and not feed into the gutter.

+ -1 moreNeal was the associate from Jim the Handyman who did the work in a couple of hours. His work was preformed diligently while explaining the problem as well as the solution. My house has been quite drafty in past years but after Neal's visit, it was warm and snug even in the most frigid temps. Neal was efficient and pleasant to have around. He even returned the next day to add calk he blended that actually matched the exterior of the house. I will be calling again with a list fixes for them. Excellect work.
Description of Work: Preparing house for winter by sealing doors and windows, caulking/sealing an outdoor crack in brick.
