Green Choice Carpet Cleaning

I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning in the 10am to 12pm time slot. At 11am they called to tell me the "technician" would arrive between 11am and 12pm. At 12:15pm I called to see where they were. The technician called shortly after and said they could not arrive until between 2pm and 3pm. Upon arriving they quoting a price that seemed reasonable but then proceeded to use a cleaning solution that was different from the one marketed on their website as being organic. Their website describes the ingredients they use in their cleaning solution and they were very different from what was on the solution the "technicians" brought with them. Now if I am using a company that purports itself to be green and the cleaning solution is different from the supposedly "organic" solution advertised on their website I start to question whether they are an honest business or not. I called the company and they said some of their technicians use different solutions and this one was okay. At this point Green Choice Carpet Cleaning had lost all credibility and I asked the technicians to leave. They told me that if they left early their boss would charge them $50. I told them that wasn't my problem and they left.
