I first met Liam by chance over the internet while searching for property in Maine. He supplied me with the infomation I requested, but went a step further by providing me insight into the local market and properties in which I was interested. He event went so far as to visit them and send me his photos of the property. This was very important to me, as I was conducting my initial search from Texas. After discussing with him my "must haves" and desires in a property, Liam amassed several potential properties for me to see. Our family next flew to Maine to see the properties. Liam met us, prepared with a binder listing all potential properties and the list of issues/highlights for each. He spent 3 days with us searching for a home, and even went so far as to arrange for us to see properties with an inspector (for our second visit). I can't say enough about his professionalism, his preparation, and attention to detail. When we finally made our decision, we were confident we had made the right choice and paid a fair price.
