Did a very nice job, made a suggestion that made an unsightly conduit disappear as he went through the basement wall instead of through the sill and down the wall.

They were really good. They seemed trustworthy and honest and helpful.

Adam returned the call the next day, and he was a pleasure to chat with. We scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out. The day of the appointment he called and texted that he needed to reschedule. While I understand that some weeks are though, Adam seemed to have a lack of understanding that canceling an appointment for which a client waited 2 weeks does not make for a positive impression.

I called Phase Out Electric and explained to Adam what I would like to have done around my house. He came over and we went through the house and I explained everything I wanted done. He never took a note while he was there. A few days later he e-mailed me an itemized quote for everything I required. I was happy with the quote,so we set a day to do the work. He and an associate arrived about when he said and began his work. They worked at my house for two days. There were a number of items I requested that were not on the bid, but they had no problem forfilling my requests.They even went through the whole house when they were done to label all the circuit breakers in both panel boxes. I am extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to any one. They were pleasant, professional and very helpful answering all my questions.
