Wonderful. Noah is so professional and understanding. His crew were amazing. Our property looked better and cleaner when they were done. Started on monday and were done tuesday. It went so smooth we couldn't ask for better service.

Asked for a quote via email for gutter repair. Receipt of email was acknowledged, but I never received a reply or a call back with promised quote. Went with another vendor.

Their work was so clean and efficient that we decided not to hold off on the outdoor painting, and have them complete that as well. We quickly realized that letting them use their knowledge and tools to do more inside work than intended was going to speed up the move in process vs. us completing it in our spare time. Very professional and quick to respond to our needs. Truly a timesaver.

Overall, very well. They showed up on time and often had to work under some adverse conditions - such as oppressively hot & humid days in areas with little air circulation and lots of dust. They cleaned up after themselves - don't get me wrong, there was still a lot of dust and dirt left, but with several renos in our past, they did very well.

I have used Ark Home Improvement, off and on, for over 10 years. What sets Noah and his team apart from other contractors is their approach to the business. He eagerness to find solutions to match a budget, to listen to what I want and the energy to get the job done quickly and competently. Several years ago, he and his team razed a barn, cleared the debris and built a two story barn from plan in 8 days. When they arrive, they get to work, and continue working. To a person, they understand that doing to job quickly and to spec is what gets them to the next job and in turn, keeps the jobs coming in. I have had people considering his firm for a project and they've come by to look at his work for a reference. I never have a problem showing off his work, whether it's the second story deck, the barn or the roof on the barn, garage or carriage house. He enjoys his work and it shows. That's why he's still around and many others have moved to new markets or new fields.

It was a pleasure working with Noah. Its easy to get a hold of him, he calls you back, showed up earlier than I expected to do the work and did a great job. He explained what he was going to do and did what he explained.

Noah was highly professional, prompt and reliable. He called me back, gave a quote in the ballpark of what I expected and the house was fully painted within 10 days. He followed up with me to ask how I liked the work and was very willing to add add back porch and barn work at a reasonable cost. I bought a storm door that was not quite the right size and he made modifications to make it fit and work properly. He and his crew did a great job and did it in 90 degree heat! A good guy and will definitely call again.

Called Noah on Saturday, we agreed he'd come check it out Sunday morning, he provided a quote on Monday and started working on Wednesday. Everything moved nice and smoothly. He showed up bright and early on Wednesday as promised with a helper and they worked hard all day, same thing Thursday and everything was done well and as promised. Would definitely use again.

The professionalism your team had from the planning in the beginning all the way through the end was also very impressive. Great group of people, hard working, focused, and the work spoke for itself. I know who to refer my family and friends too for any remodeling jobs!

My 3rd project using Noah Cook and Ark Home Improvement. As always, all aspects were as discussed in budget, materials, schedule, and quality. Like a solid honest mechanic, when you find one you keep them. Same goes with Noah and Ark Home Improvement.

Everything went great. Noah and his team did a great job. From scheduling to the final product I was impressed. They even made sure my dog was walked. Now that's service. I will be hiring Ark home improvement for my upcoming bathroom project.

Noah and his crew have done multiple jobs for me over the years and they are very punctual, very professional and it is a pleasure dealing with someone who always responds to phone calls and always takes care of any issues that may arise. I would trust them to do any work at my house and would recommend them to all of my friends!!

Noah and Matt showed up on time and did and excellent job installing new flooring and toilet. His pricing was very competitive. Noah even took time looking at some pipe banging issues in our house. he cleaned up after the job was done and was easy to work with. We will use him and his team again for future projects and we will recommend him to others.

Noah did excellent work removing our old front door, modifying the opening, redoing the decorative molding and trim, installing the new door and frame, and painting the surrounding trim. He was professional, responsive to all our questions, and he gave us the information we needed to make every decision. The end result looked fantastic. We were entirely satisfied and would definitely use him again for future projects.

Noah was very responsive and professional. He gave us an estimate on a large job. He is knowledgeable and showed his understanding of our budgeting priorities. We ended up hiring someone else, but have regrets of not going with Noah.

Noah was great! He listened to me and my concerns. They showed up when he said they would and finished on schedule. Noah was on site participating and inspected all the work at the end. He and his crew were professional and polite at all times. I knew the roof was in poor shape. I was not surprised when Noah showed me the problems they ran into and explained what needed to be done to repair the roof correctly. Afterwards, he explained to me the details of what they had done to make sure the roof and flashings will last. He did not gloss over problems or cut corners like the last contractor. Nor did he surprise me with lots of unexpected costs. He took the initiative to take extra steps to make sure my roof will be problem free for many years to come, as if it were his own roof. It is truly a beautiful "Cadillac" roof now, at a reasonable cost. I will be able to relax during the next storm. He was not the cheapest bid, but I am confident in the work he did, the quality of the roof and repairs, and his integrity as a businessman. Ark Home Improvement will still here doing great work long after the "bargain" companies have vanished.

Noah and his crew did a great job, we are very pleased with the work. I plan to rehire him for a few future projects. That's the most telling endorsement I can share. Now the details: He responded to my request very quickly, I was shocked! Very responsive, got to work almost immediately. The roof was done in two days and then they started on the next pieces, great work. The crew was professional and friendly. As with any contractor, it is critical to be very clear regarding expectations and whether they can or cannot be met. I assumed one or two small things that I should have clarified but did not. That's on me. At the end of the job, there was part of the porch that I didn't ask to be painted and Noah just did it for me anyway. Thanks! These guys are pros and they work hard and fast. I look forward to having them back!

I contacted Noah through Angie's List. He promptly returned my call. I told him I needed to have a new exterior door installed. He gave me a price, told me it would be about 1/2 day and scheduled a day to complete the job. He arrived promptly as scheduled, As he started to remove the current exterior door, we uncovered major water damage and wood rot, not only in the doorway, but it had extended to the corner wall as well. Noah showed me as each section revealed additional damage and asked me what I wanted to do. He explained each option as more and more damage was uncovered. I gave him approval to do what was needed to correct the problem in addition to the job of installing the new door. What was supposed to be a half day job, quickly became an all day event. He started at 8am and concluded close to 8pm. Noah took the time to correct the damaged area properly and went above and beyond to insure this would not be a recurring problem. He very easily could have told me the job was too big and couldn't have been accomplished in a day, but he "did the RIGHT THING" and what was probably a 2 day job for most contractors, he was able to complete in 1 day (although it was a long day). He never took a break and worked through the full day. He demonstrated a great work ethic, integrity and a commitment to do the job right. I would highly recommend Noah and plan on using him in the future as additional work is needed at my home. Although it cost me a lot more than I originally expected, it was a fair price for the work required. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is certainly true. I needed quality repair work done and Noah did just that.

I contacted and left message and asked for a return call. Noah called me later same day and said he would be available the next morning to stop by and take a look at my project to give me an estimate. He said he would call me in the morning and let me know what time he could stop by. I never heard from him again.

He showed up when he said he would and did the job he promised to do with no problems. This was the second time I had him clean my gutters, and I was completely satisfied both times.

I needed an approx. 15 year old PT wood front set of stairs, railings, and landing to our home's front entrance replaced. I specifically wanted a composite material for the show side with PT framing underneath. Noah came out the same day I emailed for a quote and was able to provide a full quote within 48 hours to meet my timelines. Upon signing the contract he started the next day and completed the project in just a day and a ½ in order to meet a special request I had. He was extremely knowledgeable on the product I wanted and also recommended things I was unaware of. He also made several aesthetic options known to me along with his experience utilizing them all. It made my decision making process very easy and fast. I have honestly had harder decisions at the grocery store involving much less money and consequence compared to a lasting physical feature such as a home's front entry. Needless to say the new stairs and entry really pops and has added great curb appeal to my home as the first thing everyone must see when driving by and entering. This is my second time in as many years using Noah for my home improvements. He is very responsive-same day in my case- and while this was a simple smaller scale project, he gave me the same attention and workmanship as if it were a larger more complicated and expensive project. I also appreciate the fact he is reachable and very responsive via email so we waste no time playing phone tag . Like a good and honest mechanic, once you find one you keep him. Same goes for a contractor and Noah and Ark Home Improvement are my only choice going forward. I no longer go out and obtain multiple quotes which saves me time and hassle and it also lets the contractor know his work is valued, appreciated, and likely to continue. I had asked altogether 6 contractors to quote the job. Noah was the only one who had arrived on the hour and day he promised. Noah and the men working for/with him were very professional, very tidy and pleasant. He stuck to his quote, which was commensurate with the high quality of the job. Everything was completed within the time frame promised.
