+ -1 moreWindows look great. Came back several times to respond to requests we had about doing some touching up -very responsive. Outstanding customer service. We did half the house and will definitely be using them for the other half of the house.

+ -1 moreThe windows were delivered in the correct sizes and on time. One window, however, arrived from the manufacturer with a 2.5" crack on the exterior sill. Woodbury Supply asked for a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement window for us the same day, delivering it when it arrived, for no charge.
Description of Work: We ordered energy-efficient fiberglass Marvin replacement windows from them.

+ -1 moreThe huge job in our view was amazingly well handled and speedy; over 2 days Woodbury Supply had installed our 25 new windows without any problem. The guys who installed were professional, quick and really adept at this kind of work. The project was beautifully done and perfectly managed. The windows are phenomenal, giving us more warmth in our old 1920s home, and providing more quiet from the traffic sounds on the busy street we live on. The price was better than quotes we received from other contractors we talked to. Also our price includes windows that were not just primed, but painted to our specifications, (done before delivery) and installation.
Description of Work: We replaced 25 6 over 6 paned windows with Marvin 6 over 1 windows. John Barnick from Woodbury Supply measured our windows, supplying suggestions on various products available through Marvin; he estimated the cost promptly and supervised the installation over a period of two days! No surprises, everything was clearly laid out and easily scheduled.
