Walter did wonderful work on our house. He fixed our trim on our windows and doors and painted and replaced some gutters for us. His prices were honest and fair and he does meticulous work. I will continue to use him for work around our house and highly recommend him to anyone looking for repairs as well.

Mr. Montero is professional; punctual and knowledgeable. He and his crew replaced the outer deck of the screen porch and added supports to the porch and deck. He informed us throughout the project of progress and any problem areas during the project. He and his crew cleaned the work site daily . We will hire him again for other projects.

Walter completed numerous repairs to the exterior of my home. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. He arrived on time, every time (the job spanned several weeks) explained every step of the project in great detail and completed the work as planned. It looks great. To me a very important attribute when working with a contractor is communication, of which Walter was excellent. He responded to email, text, and phone calls very promptly as well as keeping me informed along the way. I look forward to working with Walter and his crew on future projects.

I initially contacted Walter to set up exterior repair and painting of my home. I knew the doors had to be replaced as well and, since it was November, I figured it would happen in the spring. Walter managed to install both doors before winter. He also walked me through the fairly complicated process(to me) of picking out all the various parts of the doors and the hardware involved. It turned into a difficult project due to the non-standard size of the openings. No more drafty doors and no more smell of rotted wood. I will definitely get him to finish the repairs and paint my house as well as utilizing his services in future projects. He works quickly, cleanly and is meticulous. He is a very engaging person and knows his craft. I can heartily recommend him.

We had rotten wood around our enclosed porch frame from water leakage. Walter did the following repairs: Replace flashing roof, trim board siding plywood wrap with Tyvex, overhang by gutter, replaced rotten framing and replaced shingling. To include sealing all gaps. Job was professional done with a great amount attention paid to detail. Walter is very friendly and professional. We have discussed other projects with and will definitely work with him in the future. We have found our Handyman!

The window trim replacement on the house was very well done - including painting, caulking and sealing. The work space in the yard was kept very neat during the entire 2 1/2 week. I hired Walter to handle some major door repairs. In the past I hired him to do some work repairing a roof leak. Walter is a true professional. He shows up on time, does the work himself, and is meticulous in his craftsmanship. His prices are fair and his work is of excellent quality. I highly recommend him.

Walter did a complete code update rebuild on the structural portion of our deck. He and his people were totally professional and the quality of the work was exemplary. As is often the case, the job took considerably longer to complete than projected but the finished product is excellent.
